Please avoid Cured Pharmacy at all costs.

I placed an order on 25th May, but after reading numerous concerning reviews, I became increasingly uncomfortable with sending private photos and made the decision to cancel. More than four weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund.

Since cancelling, I have sent numerous messages and made several phone calls in an effort to resolve the matter.

Responses, when they come at all, take days, and I can clearly see that messages are being read and then ignored. The level of customer service and communication has been completely unacceptable.

I have now been left with no option but to contact my bank, who are currently investigating the matter.

No customer should have to spend weeks chasing money that should have been refunded promptly. The fact that I have had to resort to involving my bank speaks volumes. They have also taken £30 off my order as “admin fee” which is a disgrace.

Based on my experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering using Cured Pharmacy to read the reviews carefully before parting with their money. Four weeks on, I have received neither my refund nor any meaningful assistance. Extremely disappointing and incredibly frustrating.

I have since reported them to Trading standards and the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Avoid this company. Ive canceled my order 12th of May is 5 weeks now and Im still waiting for my refund. Limited contact with them.

Took too long in getting back to me, stalling with the process, so when i asked for a refund they still have not sent it to me 2 months later and not responding to any correspondence i send them, would never recommend this company too busy taking your money than refunding or customer service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I purchased a prescription medication through this pharmacy and paid for the order before any medical approval had been completed. The pharmacy required either a video consultation or additional photographs before deciding whether the medication could be supplied.

Before completing this process, I decided to purchase the medication elsewhere using a valid prescription that I already had. Since the medication had not been approved, dispensed, or shipped, I contacted the pharmacy to cancel my order.

To my surprise, I was informed that a £30 cancellation fee would be charged. At no point during the purchasing process was this fee made clear or prominently disclosed. Had I been aware of such a charge, I would have reconsidered placing the order.

I understand that businesses may have administrative costs, but charging a significant cancellation fee for a product that was never approved or dispatched, without clearly informing customers beforehand, feels unfair and lacking in transparency.

I hope the company reviews its policies and provides clearer information to customers before taking payment for prescription medications.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

Placed order on 25 March. Very poor website and communications from CH. After various attempts I requested a refund (12 April). A little to-ing and fro-ing and then they simply ignored my requests for updates. It is now 11 June and I'm still awaiting a refund (£173.99) or even an update. My advice - try somewhere else!

Never again 2 months still awaiting 220 refund no customer care no replies no number to speak to someone im gutted totally discusting service be warned

IF I COULD RATE THIS COMPANY O I WOULD.
I made my order, they then emailed 4 days later to tell me they had cancelled the order (NO VALID REASON GIVEN) and I have had to fight for a refund. I was told they would take £30 off the refund.
I then began emailing 2-3 times a day. When they then would not give me a full refund i went to the papers. 6 weeks later I have received a full refund.
SCAMMERS.

Zamówiłam lek okazało się ze nie mogą potwierdzić recepty i pieniądze mi zwrócą w ciągu 14 dni 27 kwietnia robiłam zamówienie do dziś nie odzyskam pieniędzy dzwoniłam już kilka razy zrywają mnie mówiąc ze nie ma takiego zamówienia wysłałam paragon zapłaty w dalszym ciągu nie mam pieniędzy 100f nie znalazłam na ulicy oszuści i tyle

To date when ordering with Cured Pharmacy, this has been , easy experience on line , prompt delivery and when had queries manage to get answers . Could be slightly better answering the phone but generally a good service. Will be ordering again .

Do not use this pharmacy! They will try and ask you to send videos even when you’ve already sent photographic information. When you then say you don’t have the time for this, they refuse to refund and try to take £30 admin fee for nothing !! WARNING!

I ordered and paid for a product, they called me and said they couldn't supply. "No problem, i understand", please refund. seven weeks waiting. I called several times and it was obvious my number was blocked as this was their sales number. After the third call after three phone calls in one day, funds arrived in my account, preceded by a payment notice. less £30 administration fee!
I believe they cannot do that as it was them that could not supply. Please be aware of this company. If you are owed money keep chasing them. do not let them off. Also i suggest you contact the General Pharmaceutical Council. They cannot get your money back, but the more people that contact the Counsil the more chance of getting this company closed down.

Unfortunately I didn't get my money back from the company!!!
My bank has given it back to me .

Report this company to Trading Standards because the more reports there are, the more they will take action against this company!!!!!
