Recommend organization be more clear about exactly who they are, and very obviously state that they are not a government entity
Update 12 Feb 2026: The company has agreed to refund my payment and has been timely in doing so. I have not yet received the refund, but have been confirmation it has been completed and also given a signed agreement. I only have a short period of time to modify this review and am updating accordingly.
The organization is legitimate, but they are a private entity and not government affiliated, but they are certified. I did feel that they spoke on the phone in a manner designed to give the impression that they are official. The individual they work with is certified by Canadian regulators, but the individuals on the phone were working for this separate individual and entity.
Recommend anyone using this service understand that this is a private entity offering advisement and counseling. This is not the official Canadian Immigration website or entity.
Recommend more extensive research before using them to ensure it’s the right approach for you. It is not required to use a service like this and I recommend using the Canadian immigration website directly.

We would like to clarify that Cuin Immigration is a regulated Canadian immigration consultancy. We operate under the supervision of the College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants (CCIC), the official regulatory body that licenses and monitors immigration professionals in Canada. Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Mr. Shuo Harry Wang, is fully authorized to provide immigration advice and representation to clients worldwide.
We are not a government body, nor do we represent ourselves as one. We are a private, licensed consultancy that provides professional immigration assessments and guidance. Our services involve evaluating eligibility, providing legal insight, and advising clients on appropriate immigration pathways — not simply “filling out official website boxes.”
Regarding the cancellation request, upon review of our records, we received two emails requesting cancellation after the review was posted, including the message stating: “Please cancel my assessment and refund the $279 fee. I have documented this request and have detailed it in my review.” These emails were sent outside of our regular working hours, which is why they were not immediately seen. Once we became aware of the request, we addressed the matter directly with the client and proceeded toward resolution.
We always encourage individuals to conduct thorough research when choosing an immigration representative, and we fully support informed decision-making. Transparency and professionalism are very important to us, and we remain committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

In my opinion its a total SCAM and wasting of time. I applied through them 2 years ago and still waiting for approval to imigrate.. According to their agent the process is about for 2 years. I paid the required fees and still nothing. I am trying to contact them but no one answer the phone and no email back to me for the past 6 mounts dispite me sending them almost constant emails. No contact at all.
I saw your respond, but that does not change the fact that there is no way to contact you or your representatives fro more detailed ingormation about my case. No email, no phonecall. I can not get in thouch with CUI by any means. SO please contact me ASAP
