Thank you for sharing your concerns. I’m very sorry to hear about your frustration and the experience you’ve described. I completely understand how upsetting it can feel when communication does not meet your expectations, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Regarding the payment, when a credit card dispute is opened with the bank, the transaction is automatically placed on hold by the payment processor until the card company completes its review. During that time, the funds are not accessible to us, which is why the financial team advised that the matter would need to be resolved through the card provider first. Once the card company completes their review, the financial department can reassess the situation accordingly.
I also understand your request for clarification about the work completed on your case. I will forward your message to the appropriate department and ask them to review your file and provide further clarification.
Your feedback is important, and we do take concerns like this seriously. I appreciate your patience while the relevant team looks into this matter.

THE MONEY IS NOT PLACED ON HOLD FOR 2months after the dispute has been settled and card paid. So don’t shine me on with that rhetoric I surely am not that GUIBLE. So tell me truthfully why are you still holding my money months after you were paid

We paid $4200.00 for help with our visa application to Canada. We started going through the process as instructed, collecting our documentation and taking the IELTS. However the man we were assigned to work with was out of the office for a couple of months and no one returned my emails or calls. That's totally understandable as things come up, however no one was assigned to us in his absence. We needed to get some information specific to our case to determine if we should continue with our application, but calls and emails continue to go unanswered to this day. I am really glad to see that others have had a good experience, but as for us, we feel that not only did we not receive the service that we paid for, but it feels very much like a scam. I notified the organization via email that we would be pursuing a visa for another country and as I understood we would therefore be able to get some of our money back. See above note about a lack of communication. Crickets...

Ran into some issues as to not receiving a call within the 10 day promised time. I asked for a full refund and received it about a month later. Communication was not great in the beginning after the initial assessment but I am happy that they kept with the promise of a refund.
I retracted my previous negative review to better reflect the outcome of the experience.

Chris Garcia and Tiffany Jenkins were extremely helpful and clearly explained every aspect of the Canadian immigration process. They made sure that whenever we had questions, we received detailed and thoughtful answers. Throughout the process they were both friendly and very professional, which made everything much easier and more reassuring.

I paid USD $3,059 to CUIN.CA Immigration between October and December 2024 for Express Entry immigration consulting services that were never delivered. After payment, my assigned advisor became unreachable. On March 18, 2025, he verbally agreed to review my WES account, responded with a thumbs-up emoji, and never followed through. On March 9, 2025, he offered a new paid service while my original case remained unresolved. After I declined, all contact ceased. The CEO of CUIN.CA never responded to my escalation. In October 2025, CUIN.CA refused a refund in writing. I independently completed my WES evaluation without any assistance from them. A formal CRT claim and a CICC complaint (UAP.2025.1123170) are currently active.
The formal processes referenced are CRT claim SC-2026-002720 and CICC complaint UAP.2025.1123170, both currently active. All facts stated in this review are fully documented with bank statements, emails, call records, and written communications from CUIN.CA.
