Polite and professional and informative
The first gentleman Chris was very nice and I felt very comfortable talking with him. He was very detailed about everything and helped me understand the whole process step by step.
They next guy Wiliam was also very nice and informative.

My first contact was with Eve Cameron. Eve took the time to explain the process, all of the positives and even the negatives that were possible. She explained that only the best candidates would be allowed to stay and reside in Canada. I could tell she was very enthusiastic about her job, and wanted the best for everyone she spoke with.

Olivia was wonderful. She was very clear and precise in discussing the information I was required to have. She was also very patient when my credit card company delayed the payment to Canada for a few minutes. I was able to follow her instructions easily and she review everything she said, along with answering all my questions. I couldn't ask for a better introduction to Canada. I had difficulty getting through on…
I had difficulty getting through on your central number. I called a different number from one of your reps. I already talked to Dwayne and paid the CA$279 for that assessment. But I received another email after scheduling an appointment today for follow-up charging me again for the same amount???? Not sure what is going on. I have an April 12 appointment at noon which should be a second interview. I would like to find out why. Also I have a different ID # 19803,
