We recently purchased our new home and had the pleasure of dealing with Esme and her team throughout the process. From start to finish, Esme was absolutely fantastic.

Havant branch
I bought a property through the Havant branch. Wasn’t the smoothest of sales, due to myself hiring some solicitors that weren’t helpful. Julie Bramble was who I dealt with throughout the sale and she was nothing short of exceptional. Being a first time buyer, she was extremely helpful and understanding the whole way through.

Not professional
Emily & Holly mixed up the days of viewing and then asked for a confirmation via email three hours before the correct viewing. I confirmed 1,5h prior to the viewing but they did not show up anyway.
Viewing houses makes you busy and you can’t be expected to check your emails constantly.
They claimed they could not call me since I do not have a UK number. I’m on both WhatsApp and Viber. It’s 2026.

We brought a house through Cubitt & West dealing with the Leatherhead office. While our assigned sales progressor (who wasn't based at the branch) was a bit non-existent at times, the local team completely made up for it. We are so glad we had Alia and Jo leading the way, they were brilliant, professional, and kept everything on track. Huge thanks to them for getting us across the finish line!
5 stars for the Leatherhead branch but the Cubbit and West really have to consider the sales progressor role, as we felt our assigned sale progressor wasn't contactable and not personable at all (hence not awarding a full 5 starts). We are fortunate we had the leatherhead branch who led the way for us instead. Thank you!

Lucia was very helpful and answered all my questions on the 2 viewings that I had on the 29 of August at 58 Constable and 2 Aldingbourne Close. Cubitt & West - Emily Superstar
Emily at Cubitt & West Portsmouth has been a Superstar. Emily has always been available to deal with any of our queries. We had a great experience with Julie the sales progressor at the waterloovile branch throughout our house purchase. She was friendly, professional and always kept us updated on how things were progressing. Cubitt were great from start to finish
Cubitt were great from the start of the process to the end. Zoe sold the company well, explained the process and organised some fantastic photographs. The sales team were efficient and communicated well during viewings. After a quick sale Julie oversaw the progress of the chain and kept us regularly informed. Moving is a difficult experience and Cubitt made it as stress free as possible, would recommend to anyone selling their home.

Fantastic level of customer service
My experience with cubitt and west has been fantastic from the get go. They have been very helpful and always there to answer questions if I had any. They reply super fast and if you phone them, they are more than happy to speak on the phone with you. A special mention for Julie who has been fantastic throughout my whole sale of my property.
