A good experience from start to finish: straightforward survey and planning, we didn't have to wait too long, and installers Gary & Scott were excellent: great attention to detail, polite, helpful. Would definitely use this company again, thank you to everyone involved.

Very easy process from first contact to installation. Installers were very friendly, considerate, and helped with our cat flap! Would recommend.

Living by the coast most properties are subject to all weathers and I thought it necessary to replace my front door which had 20 years of Cornish weather chucked at it.
Finding a local trader was a must as there experience was most important to me.
Looking no further than C.T.G St Ives/Hayle
there reply was swift and decisive.
Within days my measurements were taken, Prices were sorted and I now the owner of a stunning new front door.
I would highly recommend C.TG to friends.

Very pleased with my new patio door so very well fitted by Andy and Tony. Everything was left clean and tidy. After a very positive experience with a new front door a few months ago I had no hesitation in using CTG again.

I'm so excited with their service.

Kevin attended at the given time to fix a bathroom window hinge , he was friendly and polite. The window was fixed in no time. Would recommend.

Andy came to install a new door. The job turned into a much more difficult installation than anyone expected. Andy went above and beyond in getting the problems sorted out and remained polite, friendly and professional throughout. I was impressed with the effort he went to to rectify the glitches! I am impressed with CTG. All members of the team I have had contact with have been brilliant. From Diane on the phone to Andy installing and everyone else I have been delighted with the service provided. Thank you.

Really happy with our new windows and the service from CTG! Steve who came out to quote us was lovely and really helpful, showing us lots of great options which helped us to visualise what our windows would look like. Our installers Casey & Ian were really friendly and efficient and have done a wonderful job of fitting our windows - we’re so pleased with them!

I ordered a new front door from CTG having accepted a good quote from them. The lead time was as promised, and they answered my query about fitting a door knocker straight away.
The fitters were Casey and Ian, who were cheerful, professional and fast workers. Unfortunately, having taken out the old door and frame, when they unwrapped the new door, they noticed a small nick in the frame, and so immediately ordered a replacement. This meant that the new door had to be fitted on a temporary basis, but they came back this week with the new frame and carried the work out very tidily. Excellent service.

Fabulous new front door, not cheap, but expertly installed by Andy and Tony. They had to improvise the installation to overcome some unique issues and still managed to complete the install within the day.
Four stars as we are without a door cill that was paid for, but was impossible to fit due to aforementioned issues. Full five if a refund for this had been offered.

The Fitters Casey+Ian were very helpful and patient and very professional as things didn't start off very good in the beginning , but with reasurment and professional knowledge it all tuned out well , we're both very pleased withour new door thankyou

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was great. We received a very competitive quote from CTG, our windows and door arrived and was fitted way before the estimated date. We had 2 sets of fitters over 2 visits and they were friendly and brilliant with our excitable dog!

Casey and Ian did a brilliant job. Listened to what we wanted around the windows. Job was left clean and tidy. Thank you.

I am pleased with my new door, what good clean workers can't fault them , everything taken down from the door and replaced with new one .Very professional and polite well done guys!!

Great job professional advice and great service from installation team Gary & Scott many thanks

Smooth experience from beginning to end. Casey and Ian did a great job and we’re delighted with the result. Highly recommend.

Once again the CTG Windows crew did the business! Arrived on time, fitted a new window in next to no time and carried out some minor repairs to one of our custom made doors from CTG. Hats off to Andy and Tony who even drank my coffee! Well done lads!

Very polite and professional. Casey and Ian have done an excellent job, highly recommended .

The CTG window fitters came twice as the fit turned out to be more complex than was thought. Overall the job was excellent but there were a couple of ordering errors, the fitters on the other hand did an excellent job and made good the window size error.
They cleaned up post work and made an excellent finished job and we would recommend them..

We saw the company advertised locally. We called for a quote, they sent the sales team round within the week. We received a quote which we were happy with. We had emails and phone calls keeping us up to date all the way through the process. A two man team came 6 weeks later as promised. They arrived on time. They took the old door and frame away. They fitted the door which was not straight forward at all. New door, old house. They cleaned up and all was in place in one afternoon. We can recommend this company. Great service thank you 🙌
