Very disappointed with the service. My order was delivered late, I sent several emails querying this and had no reply. To make matters worse, the only time I did receive an email from them was for a review. So I left a review of my experience. I then received a reply to this review on their site saying they did reply to each of my queries and I should check my spam! This was false and I have asked for the original email to be sent across which they have not done. They also blamed bank holiday on the late delivery, which is impossible as this was after the due date of my order.

I had really positive experience. Communication was amazing and really pleased with my crystals. Will shop with Crystal Nest again. I know some bad reviews are listed but any teething issues now seem sorted.

My order arrived one week later than expected, but It did arrive and I'm really happy with the chakra trees :)

If I’d read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing my lava lamp I wouldn’t have gone ahead however I didn’t and I’m glad I didn’t! Seamless purchase, delivered well packaged with no plastic (👍) in under a week and my purchase is perfect, just as described and working beautifully. A very lovely thank you note too from Nicole! Hard to believe I’m reviewing the same company yet I am, wonderful to have my expectations exceeded😊

This seller owes me 3 refunds few months on still no reminds and I hear excuses all the time, sends part orders, does not answer emails , This business has now been reported to Trading standards and 2 other organisations

I totally agree with all the comments below, total scam, please avoid.
I ordered my wife the Hapi Steel Tongue Drum on the 28th November ready for xmas and it never arrived. Ive sent over 10 emails and finally got a response a on the 20th December (see below). Another month has now passed and still nothing. Please avoid using this seller.

I ordered a amethyst crystal geode slice and spent £225 and it never arrived. I placed the order on the 27th of December so it's been nearly a month now. I have sent 5 emails and 4 message forms and tryed Facebook aswell but no answer. I reported it to PayPal which gave them a week to sort it but they still didn't respond so i was given a full refund in the end through my PayPal account. Please avoid this website! I'm a amethyst crystal geode collector and have never had a big drama like this before so it's the worst experience i have ever had.

Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a gift for my mum on 19th December and it said it would arrive for christmas. It didnt. I chased and they said they are closed and would send out on 2nd Jan. Chased a further 2 times. Having to take via my credit card company now. I am now being ignored by them. Must be a scam.

Placed an order on the 19th of December and when placing the order it said the parcel would arrive on the 24th of December. Parcel has still not arrived and it’s the 10th of January. Contacted seller twice and they have not responded to my emails. Scam!! Avoid!

Complete scam, avoid at all costs. Ordered a few crystals, paid for 48 hour delivery, didn’t arrive. Chased up, and the owner “Nicole” blamed Royal Mail for the delay. All further emails from me have gone unanswered. Two weeks later I received a notification from Royal Mail asking to pay another £4 because the seller didn’t pay for postage at all! This person is running a scam, and I’ll also be reporting it to the authorities.
