However after my course my diploma Came without a name so I don't know how to prove I studied.

The communication course at was excellent! It boosted my confidence, improved my guest engagement skills, and gave me practical tools for luxury sales and hosting events onboard. Highly recommend!

It’s an unique flat form where you can gain your knowledge on cruise ships SOPs and also different types of jobs which available in cruise lines. And I would like to thank to Mr Adrian who helped a lot through out the process. wishing all the best for Cruise Retail Academy . Really recommend this application.

Looking to apply for a position on board this course gave me an overview of the retail world, as well as opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. The information is up-to-date and provides ideas for improvement as well as suggestions for new courses that enhance knowledge. As I'm searching for job for being a sales associate on cruise ship. CRA training is a game changer. Now I know what is expected of me, and is going to happen. SO it will be easy for me to pass interview and go a new adventure. It's going to be my first contract.
