I spoke to Katrina about possibly booking a holiday including a cruise. We were unsure about a few details and Katrina was so knowledgeable and helpful that we ended up booking our holiday there and then!

Never booking with Cruise Kings again
After taking our money over a year ago for a cruise package, we were finally just allocated our balcony cabin 8 weeks before sailing, and it's probably the worst cabin on the ship.
We contacted customer service for assistance to change the room and they were unwilling to help. We then went through to their sales agent with whom we booked and she was also unwilling to assist.
We have booked with Cruise Kings previously but never again.
They were more than willing to take our money but when assistance was required they don't want to know!

Booking was easy. We rang for a quote, was emailed the quote the same day with a direct contact should we wish to proceed. Booked as per the quote the next day. Stella was very helpful and knowledgeable. Lyndsey from the Customer Service team also helped sort an upgrade to our drinks package. Very helpful and efficient.

Excellent service and price of cruise was very competitive. What I also liked is they could also apply discounts offered by Cunard for being a returning customer. Overall very pleased with the process from start to finish and Chris Halford was very personable.
