Holiday booking at its best!
After an unsatisfactory contact with a different travel agency, we contacted Cruise Kings. Our first contact by phone was with an agent called Katie and we were immediately impressed by her pleasant knowledgeable responses and cheerfulness. She guided us through booking process sorting any queries as we proceeded and as a result we were very happy to book our cruise with cruise kings.

We've used cruise kings several times and always considered their staff to bend over backwards to get the best deal possible for us. In particular we would like to thank Elise for her super human patience with us,, to explain,... on one particular booking we must have asked for about a dozen different questions back n forward by email. We were asking her to organise a particular holiday and she replied promptly each and every time with accurate information and options and alternatives thus allowing us to make informed decisions and the price undercut everywhere else we were researching.
