Once again Stacey Dixon came up with a personalised booking which upgraded and price matched the initial Future Cruise offer we initiated on board yesterday.
Over our years of experience with her she is always a delight to talk with.

I genuinely cannot recommend Mike more highly - he has been an absolutely star to book our cruises with! Nothing is ever too much trouble and he is so patient with us as we make small variations or further enquiries. Honestly he is a real asset to the company and we will use him again in the future! ⭐️

We can't really begin to say what a good experience we had with cruisekings. From the ease of booking, to the detail our agent, Mark Owen, went to when he was helping us create our bespoke holiday, everything was so easy and we were able to do everything we wanted to and visit a few places even before the cruise begun.
We had a bit of an issue at the end of the holiday due to the cruise docking late and us missing our flight, but a representative at Cruisekings had already sorted us out new flights and an hotel, even with the five hour time difference meaning it was past midnight back in the UK.
They helped cover costs for taxis and parking fees, and when they found out we had also got engaged on the holiday, even sent us a lovely hamper to celebrate.
We couldn't recommend them anymore.

Katrina helped us with every doubt, every detail and every ask throughout the whole process. Due to the nature of the international transaction, and its amount, we experienced some trouble with the banks and the cards accepting the payments at first, but she stood firmly by.

I had been looking to book an Australia/New Zealand Cruise for my wife’s 70th Birthday. Debbie South was very knowledgeable and was able to offer advice and guidance quickly and efficiently. She was patient and professional in all our discussions. Very helpful and friendly. She listened to what we wanted and catered the trip to our wishes. The booking process was straight forward.
