Brilliant service received today from a very efficient and knowledgeable Mike Taylor.

I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Debbie South of Cruisekings. We have booked our lat 4 cruises on Explora Journeys with her. I feel totally confident booking our holidays with her because she has never let us down, her communication is excellent with always returning calls etc very quickly. She solves all problems and is a lovely voice at the other end of the phone.
Beyond her top tier customer service, Debbie has a fantastic eye for detail , she always picks good hotels and is always ready to to advise if she thinks something will not work.
She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible service look no further than Debbie. Thank you so much for everything.
