We booked a river cruise with Crui.se in 2024. Rachel got us a great deal and looked after our booking throughout, updating us with all arrangements. On the strength of our experience with them we have booked a further cruise with them for next year. Definitely recommended for service and value

As a more 'mature lady' and never having been on any kind of water cruise I needed quite a lot support with my booking. My interaction with Rebecca was online and on the phone. The whole experience lasted a number of weeks with almost daily queries from me. Rebecca was always very polite, response to e-mails being almost instant, thoughtful with responses geared for my needs. Ive sailed with Uniworld before but not on such a long cruise.
Rachel was a fantastic help, especially as I booked last minute. With only 7 days before departure, Rachel made sure I had everything sorted and received all my documentation in time.
She called me regularly to confirm I had received her emails and helped me action paperwork that needed to be taken care of.

We are group of 4 we have never been on a river cruise before I called Rachel who was so helpful it was all the help and guidance she gave that made us book she held the cabins we wanted until we could confirm everything we called separately and paid deposits. I made an enquiry with the company and Rebecca contacted me the next day.
She was very helpful indeed, I explained it woukd be our 1st River Cruise and wanted some advise. Nothing was too much trouble, Rebecca listened to our requirements and came up with a really good deal which appears to meet all our needs.
Rebecca was very friendly and professional and the whole booking process was very quick.

We haven't been on a river cruise before, but we were soon able to book a Danube Cruise for next October thanks to cru.se

Rebecca was very knowledgeable and patient and has answered all our queries - which cabin to choose, dinner arrangements, drinks package - and even suggested wisely that we do the cruise the other way round, i.e. from Budapest to Passau rather than starting from the north, as this would be more convenient for us. We wanted an extra two nights in Munich at the end of the trip, and so Rebecca arranged the air flights to match. Nothing was too much trouble, and she promptly replied by email to any queries we had. We booked with confidence and are delighted with our choices.
