First time - good experience!
This was my first time of using Crowdfunder, or anything like it. Due to all of the help videos and instructions I found it pretty straightforward to manage - though was still nervous hitting the "Go live" button!! Website not actually showing payment…
Website not actually showing payment fields for input on either Chrome or Firefox ( all cookies, etc purged). Impossible to contact Crowdfunder (on-line chat just offers an email optoin.
Gave up.
Hopeless service.
Follow up - I note in the response that they "don't seem to have other reports of this issue" which givne the clunky way they insist on contact harrdly surprisises me - I don't see anyone saying they've checked the transaction log for any outage gap, which would seem to be the more obvious first port of call.
2nd Response again claims system was ok ( based on zero investigation !seemingly) and must be my issue. To repeat my point - just check the transaction logs for downtime and then come back here! as yr staffer Kate has already failed to bother dioing based on email exchanges with me kazxxxx

Amazing platform that’s super easy to use and create a crowdfunding page. They are very transparent with fees and every option available to you. Payout happened in the time frame they gave with no issues. Would highly recommend it for your own crowdfunding site! I used it to crowdfund for my university film project and it was easy to see the insights, generate lists based on rewards claimed and share to social media or using a link.

An easy process to set up and run our campaign and we were provided with great access to support and useful advice when needed. Once set up, the Web interface was easy to use and allowed us to update our project and to instantly communicate updates to supporters. Management information provided by the online platform was very useful in running our project, and the process for paying over the funds generated by our appeal worked well. It was all very straightforward. Overall very pleased with the experience.

Flexible and good support
Interface is a little tricky to navigate at first but the help is brilliant, good speed of reply with considered and genuinely helpful advice.
The platform feels more flexible in the long run than other platforms and I've been able to tweak things and ask the team advice as my campaign has got off the ground.
