Third time I've ordered from Crosby Blinds and I'll continue to do so, as they're so helpful, knowledgable and prompt. Jennie has always been quick to provide the answers whenever I have a question (like how to I measure for recessed blinds!) and my blinds always arrive promptly and so well packaged. Thank you very much for looking after me.

I cannot tell you with how pleased I am with the 2.5m width Roman Blind you made for me. It is absolutely perfect, the pattern match is spot on and it’s beautifully made. Can’t fault it and I’m a perfectionist! Such good value too. Online ordering was easy and a few email exchanges and then it was made and delivered. Easy to put up. 4 out of the 8 Luxaflex Duette Blinds are broken where the adhesive has failed. Blinds are 5 years old, so out of warranty. Luxaflex have offered replacements at a discounted price ( Still very expensive) without any warranty. Luxaflex claim that this has been caused by environmental and genetic factors ( Whatever that means?!) without asking where they are installed ( Dining/living room). I always believed they were a quality company, but sadly this doesn't seem to be the case any more.You'd expect the blinds at that price to last more than 5 years! I always enjoyed good service from Crosby blinds, but they seem to have just rolled over and given in to feeble excuses by Luxaflex. We do not appear to be the only ones to experience this problem with the Duette blinds.

I have had INTU blinds for about 6 years now and they are tremendous as well as their service. I needed some more blinds for our new french doors and they came within just a few days. Just ask for Jenny and she will give you an excellent service, she is brilliant at her job.
But first, go into their website and it explains how to measure for the blinds you require.

Only company to make perfect fit blinds over 1.6m fitted and noticed a crease at top and a hole in one of the slats contacted customer services with photos. Excellent response blinds remade delivered and fitted.

Crosby Blinds have supplied and fitted all the blinds in my home (I don't have any curtains!) and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, have an amazing selection and Andrew is a whizz at putting them up. I can't recommend them highly enough

I was informed that there was a delay due to Covid so from ordering to delivery it was 3weeks. I was kept up to date and delivery was confirmed on Friday for today, Monday.

Brilliant company from start to finish. Popped into showroom to get some help on bifold door blinds. Jenny was brilliant and so knowledgable. We placed an order, but what was great is that they offer a next day service... amazing really for a complex custom made blind system (NeatFit). Website is probably the best out there. Highly recommend based on their knowledge and friendliness. Prices were also inline/cheaper than major online blind retailers. Will be using in future and recommending. Many thanks.

Crosby blinds afforded us very good clear advice when choosing our Luxaflex Duette blinds. By carefully going through the measuring requirements with the 3 blinds fit perfectly over our bifold doors of 4.7m. Communication was good and we were kept informed of our order status through covid lockdown.

This is the second time I have bought from Crosbyblinds. They are very knowledgeable, very obliging, very competitive and have a very comprehensive website, probably the best I have seen from a UK blinds retailer. The last time I ordered was during the Covid crisis and I received my blinds direct from the manufacturer in about 9 days, so well done to Crosbyblinds and Luxaflex as well
