I ordered from you people on the 2nd of april and haven't received any notification when I will get my order can't even track it. Not very happy.

Will not deal with these folk again. Sold me a pair of crocodile tennis that look worn and spots on it and came in no box, and to top it all off dirty on the sole. They say it was a final sale. Now I understand why it was a final sale and no return back cause it look like a preowned shoe with a smell. Stay away from this company…..

second time receiving and its still the same size. The shoes also have a heavy petroleum smell to them.

Can I rate a zero star??? I ordered shoes from here as a gift for Christmas, it took almost a month to get the package. Finally arrived, item didn’t fit so I exchanged for a smaller size. Still didn’t fit so I had to return them. At no time was I informed by the company that refunds would be in the form of a store credit!!!! I don’t want anything from the store and instead of getting my $160 back, I have a credit. From a store I have zero interest in buying anything from. This is a joke.

Horrible quality for a $200 shoe !!!!!!!!! So upset stop ripping people off !!!!!!!!!!! If you can’t deliver a quality product for the price, then please go out of business. We expect you to make a profit, but not grossly gouging people.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They were shipped from Queens and I live in the Bx, delivery took almost a month. I received the wrong size for both shoes. The company asked for proof so I sent photos of the shoes and size of each shoe. They still won't return my full refund. 1st and last time I buy from here. Do not recommend. Nothing about this was a good experience.

I Love my New Shoes from Crocodile Wear. They are very nice and they fit very Comfortably. They took a while for them to come, but they are worth the wait.

I ordered two pairs of boots and I love them.

I bought a croc backpack for women in red. It turned out to be pink. I called and arranged for an exchange in black which was done on 12/12. I received an email that l would be receiving a black replacement,it will be processed and shipped in 3 days. Here it is 12/26 ….l get an email that my bag was sold out. So needless to say they l was lied to as well as put on the bottom of the list. Lousy communication. Will never deal with them again. Called immediately and demanded refund on my CC.

The size 9 fits like a size 8; I would love it be exchanged. Lovely boots.

Oder 4 pair shoes from November 6 received 3 pair so far still waiting on the last one to arrived hopefully soon very nice shoes so far can't wait to see the other pair

Never received are other pair of shoes ordered I don’t even have a receipt it’s been so long.
We all make mistakes but as of now I can’t recommend them to anyone
