It's been 40 days since I placed my order and nothing. No explanation, nothing at all. really stressful experience

Love these boots so much!! They are a great dupe for the Givenchy shark boots. They fit so nicely on the leg and elevate any outfit. They are a bit difficult to take off if you don’t have narrow calves or have a thicker material like a Jean on but other than that they are beautiful!!! Would definitely recommend! The shipping took a while but it was well worth the wait.

My order is so far 3 weeks late it has been in the same place since Oct.8th today is Nov 2nd

Very easy on line transaction. I just ordered the product & it came to my home within 2 weeks.

The company made the ordering process very easy, keep me informed on the order. Boots were just my size and looked better in person

First, I ordered some beautiful boots and paid for them. The next day I opened your website and the boots were on sale. I called and asked for the difference. With in a few days I received the difference refunded. This brings positivity to my experience with Crocodile wear.

Second, it took two weeks to tell me, my order was out of stock. I do not know of a company that would take that long. I think you sent the boots to the orders that paid full price. This brings negativity to my experience with Crocodile wear.

Third, I chose another boot. I was told it would take a week to get a tracking number. However, I did not receive anything. I called and then I was sent an email showing a label was created on the same day I called. This brings negativity to my experience with Crocodile wear.

Fourth, it appears the boots are still in the same place the label was created twelve days ago. In two days it will be a month since I ordered. This brings negativity to my experience with Crocodile wear.

Fifth, I received the boots, and they are great. However, the picture on the website looks like the boots are black and white with a gold heel. But they are black and gold with a gold heel. I would not have chosen them if I knew the boots where black and gold. This brings negativity to my experience with Crocodile wear.

This is the second pair of the same style that I bought. I love them every day and I wear them there’s nothing but compliments.❤️🎶🎶

The product was advertised as leather, but what I got is cheap plastic.

The shoes quality is great but the shipment takes too long.

Took awhile for the boots to get delivered wrong size I ordered a size 41 they sent me a size 44 they are huge so disappointed will not order from them again
