I need to know long it takes to get a statement so I can pay on it

This is a new card for me, so have not yet used it. However, the process could not have been easier. And the prompt delivery of card was amazing.

I am giving them 4 star because when I traveled outside the US they blocked the card and I could not use it. When I called them they told me that I am not allowed to use my card where I was. That is not good for me since I travel to the same country every 6/12 months. Otherwise, I have no other issues.

Absolutely amazing credit builder. I love my cards. If you want to build credit fast I recommend credit one.

I owe less thank $280 with a minimum payment due of $60 (they’ll tell me $90 on the phone) and they call me far more than the legal amount - oftentimes within 1-2 hours of the last call, and from various numbers. I informed them that o had consolidated my debt, gave them the proper contact, asked my debt consolidation company to also reach out to them and asked them to stop calling and they continue to harass me.

After receiving bad customer service and getting hung up on for trying to pay off my balance last week before the due date I was told I could only make a payment for what the amount was showing in my app which I did ONLY to get a report that I’m now over my balance reported to the credit bureau mind you it hasn’t been 48 hours and something that could damage my credit.credit one couldn’t wait to report something negative but can’t provide English speaking customer service support. Already don’t like this company seems unfair not a really good

Can I rate them Zero? I don't believe I even have an account with them but they have been calling me nonstop for a week. Yet, when I answer the call, they automatically hang up on me, so I can't even find out if an issue exists. They have called from a dozen local numbers and I receive at least a dozen calls a day at all times of the day, ranging from 6AM to 9 PM.

Worst credit card company I’ve dealt with. Poor customer service, confusing fees, and unresolved issues. Not worth it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you think they are your only option please consider a more reliable company. Stay away!!!!
