This card and account has been nothing but terrible for me! Customer service is NO HELP! I wouldn't recommend this card to a dead person, it constantly locks on you and they tell you it's a security system and they can not do anything about it! It seems this card only has a security alert right after I pay my balance! Terrible card and TERRIBLE customer service!!! believe me when I say DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! If I could leave negative stars I would leave them a trillion negative stars! This card is the worst of worst seriously

Bad very bad I’ve a extra charge in my first purchase by $155, I bought gas at a Valero station for 20 dollars on April 9 and now the charge is for 175 dollars.

This is the first credit card I've had in my entire life. They made it great by giving me a chance to build my credit so I can have a better future.

Card comes in handy when you need it and got increase within a month which is good thing. Also helps build your credit. The only negative is you have to pay fee from your balance

I closed my cc account before 1 year and they still charged me an annual fee and refuse to remove it which damaged my credit. Horrible company and horrendous customer service.

Credit One has excellent customer service and is a company that works with you. They have helped me build up my credit score. Credit One is a major bank and well known and they gave me a chance. Other companies gave me an opportunity after they saw Credit One gave me credit. I am very grateful for Credit One. They also reward you with extra credit when they see you always pay in a timely manner. Not all cards are like that.

I love the card wish it had a 500 dollar limit but it's a great rebuild credit card at 300 dollars

I disputed unauthorized transactions totaling $1,142 that occurred in another state, another city while I was physically in my home town

I provided time-stamped evidence proving my location, and my card was not in my possession at the time.

The claim was denied based only on “chip usage,” without any proof that I authorized the transactions.

The case has been escalated to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and I am awaiting further review.

I am sharing this experience so others are aware of how such cases may be handled.

This is the worst bank in USA. Wife never used card tricked her. Beware this bank is a predator !!!

If I could’ve gave a 0, they would’ve got it. They take your money out of your account. Hold it well past the time it clears. For people with struggling credit and income, this can be super frustrating. This is supposed to be a beginner credit card to help you start out and get established, and their own policies help making that harder

First let me start with Credit One is great. My first experience using my card was not!! I had activated my card using the QR code. As I’m standing at the counter of a store using my card for the first time was actually painful. I stood there for almost 45 minutes as it continued to get declined even as I had the representatives on the phone with me during the process. The representatives were great but what I learned was the first one I spoke to said she had re-activated my card but actually had not. She then proceeded to inform me I would have to wait 15 mins to try again as a line was forming. It finally got figured out through multiple calls and standing there for 45 minutes. I was frustrated and embarrassed. Not a great start.
