Fantastic customer service
I have recently completed all payments with my IVA and have had to contact the customer service a few times with various questions on the closing process.
Each representative I have spoken with has been extremely attentive and helpful especially Keertisha Seeram with whom I recently spoke.
She was very willing to help even with my obvious nervousness when it comes to phone conversations so thank you keertisha for your patience.
