Sarah stopped my worries
I have always received great service from beginning to end , the though information and professional support they give is amazing. Turning a very worrying situation to a whole different level. Constantly considering your situation and feeling supported which is a difficult time of life.
Today I was helped by Sarah as due to unexpected circumstances I was in trouble. Great service, end of IVA
Called up today to wrap up my IVA, and the process was started. Whilst I have overpaid (my own fault) during the closing down procedure (3-6 months) I've been told I should get my extra pay back.
So glad I chose the option of IVA and this company. I've had no issues with job changes and monthly payments, and now I can look forward to being 100% debt free and staying that way... hopefully.
Special shout out to the advisor I was with today Harshikha Boodhun, whom I spoke to about many queries. She helped explain things clearly and concisely, answered everything I had to ask, and was friendly to boot.

A Stressful Situation Made So Much Easier
I’d like to say a sincere thank you to Izdihaar, Soovidha, and Hemashika for all of their help throughout this process. After a very stressful 34 days trying to get everything sorted, they completely turned my experience around. Excellent customer service !
Excellent customer service has always been provided by the staff at creditfix .
My most recent conversation with Ruth Sefali was very pleasant, she did an excellent job of explaining how the closure will occur once my last payment goes out on the 6th ,
