Very friendly service, got help straight away, clear explanation about what was going to happen.

We have been playing back our loan for 2 1/2 years without any problems with a direct debit. When we have contacted the staff, they have always been professional and helpful with our query.
What we would like to see is a statement, possibly yearly, of our accounts emailed to us, which would help to see that we are achieving our target.

Have helped me with consolidating all of my debt, made it very easy and I have had no trouble with them at all. They send me statements to show where all my payments are going as well. Easy to contact and discuss matters with also.

when my world was flatlining ,i truly felt id tried every angle ,to make my money contracts be resolved and to do the right thing only to be knocked back over and over and over I was a NUMBER GOING UNDER.

I’ve had phone calls I didn’t want to answer and was always scared to answer them so I would ignore them and Will have over 50 voice mails on my phone that I don’t listen too but after being contacted by credit counsellors all the calls have been wiped and gone forever. I’m happy and stress free now thanks to them.
