Am very happy to have swapped to Createpay a few months ago. Almost removed 2 stars from this review as their compliance system is overly complicated for a small low risk business such as myself. But when I complained an incredibly kind helpful and patient employee called Vincent Nardini got in touch and sorted things out in no time

Just had sihaikh in To install my new terminal only took him about five minutes brilliant save me a lot of time Hopefully a lot of money Hundred percent recommend him five star

Raj was very professional and made the whole process easy from start to finish, literally didn’t have to do anything! He made sure he came back to set us all up as we are like dinosaurs so he save us the disaster of doing it ourselves….thanks Raj!

From the initial phone call , there was never any hard pressure sales.
The understanding of the sales person mathew wickham was 1st class in his approach manor and knowledge.

Raj has been extremely helpful during a stressful takeover of the business and has provided a stress free transition to a modern terminal, great pricing and above all a great customer service experience. get yourself a rep like mine!!

Sheikh was brilliant through out the seamless transition from my previous provider. Saved 60% on monthly invoice. Came today to install terminal
, online portal and show me how easy it’s to use the new terminal. Highly recommended to all businesses

Excellent service from sheikh, who has been very polite, professional and helpful throughout the switching process which was very simple. Highly recommend to all businesses.

Matt made the process of changing over straight forward, we've received much better rates compared to our previous provider which will save us money long term, Matt kept in touch throughout the whole process and visited us to make sure everything was working and setup correctly. Top service and a great guy.

FRAUDULENT LIARS. Their sales agent LIED completely and made up rates- literally said anything that came into his head, even to specific questions. He encouraged you to sign without reading anything then blatantly lies to any questions you have (in writing). Trying to make the rest of CreatePay aware of the behaviour of their 'agents' - they don't care. They say it hasn't happened before (it had happened to 2 colleagues a week before me, same agent), say they will cancel then ring you to set up their terminal (after they said they'd cancel). They say they will keep you informed of their investigation of misselling, then don't. They are a horrible (unfunny) joke, not sure how they are still able to trade. NO integrity. Check your T&Cs carefully, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Thanks Pete, As your company knows, I wasn't misled I was LIED to and missold. I have tried reaching out to your company many times but my concerns were only taken seriously since my review appeared on Trust Pilot. 'Loyalty' say they are doing things and then ignore all emails. I have waited for a reply for many days (despite being promised I would be updated every 48 hours!). In the meantime, CreatePay have tried to have my review removed. You are more concerned with your public appearance than customer satisfaction and investigating allegations of serious misconduct by your staff. Create Pay 'reply' to me on here but not via email. Your fake sincerity is meaningless.
