Matthew Thackery from worldpay provided much better rates than our previous contract. He guided us through the changeover process and helped set up the terminal. Great service from Matthew - would highly recommend.

Massive thanks to Troy - we have just had a fast and smooth changeover from our old supplier to new. Troy explained everything and arranged the new account, closure of old account and came back and set up the new hand-held payment terminal. 3 days from initial appointment to taking my first payment on the new system. Ben Roberts introduced CreatePay to our business following a call from the company. We had been with our previous provider for a number of years so I was a bit hesitant about switching, however Ben supported us brilliantly and the switch went smoothly a couple of months ago. Ben responds to emails, answered my queries along the way, set up the card machine and went through its use with staff. Transactions are faster and costs lower. Thank you Ben.
