I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my Crave Premium subscription and to confirm that I am cancelling my subscription effective immediately.

I am paying for your Premium tier, which is marketed as an ad-free experience. Despite this, I have been shown promotional content before and during movies. This does not align with what I reasonably understood I was paying for when subscribing to an “ad-free” service.

This is not acceptable. The expectation set by the Premium plan is clear, and the experience I received does not match that expectation.

One star is too much for this abomination of a streaming service. Don’t waste your time or money

Way too much adds! It's crazy! I can have 2 minutes of adds every 3-4 minutes of watching a show. Even when you rewind or fast forward they'll stick you with another 2 minutes of adds, so sometimes you haven't even started to watch your show but you've seen 3-4 minutes of adds. And the platform never remembers where I'm at in a show which is also frustrating) so I always have to find my way back where I was, and again, while doing so they stick me with even more adds to watch, it's insane. I understand I pay for the pack with adds, but this is just way too much.

tried to watch a show but could only get season 2! then tried to watch a movie it was in FRENCH OMG what a totally usless streaming ...its a horrible streamer

Worst company do not ever sign a subscription with them.

Way too many ads and they also charge $13 a month.

De loin le pire service de streaming qui existe. Ça bug très souvent, et la quantité de pubs n'a aucun sens même pour des forfaits chers. Souvent, ça bug et on doit quitter et revenir et réécouter toutes les pubs chaque fois. Je comprends même pas que ça existe encore.

there is ads every five minutes.....i will be getting rid of this after a month. These ads ruin the movie or anything I was watching....bad company!!!!

Worst streaming service i ever use.. unuseable on roku, so many bug in general. 12 back to back ads .. black screenn
... All of it in 1 episode. Cancelled my subscription the same day. I recommend MAX with vpn instead

Got this service for free under a two month trial. The service sucks. The search guide is a mess, and the selection is lacking.

Would have reviewed negative if possible.

When signing up there is no mention of only certain devices that would allow such a subscription.

When trying to speak to someone kept being told no refund policy over and over.

My issue is it is not stated that crave cannot be used with rogers box... or ps4 sign in. and multiple other devices I saw after signing up.

Only way to watch anything if you sign up from their website is via cellphone which is less then Ideal. And not everyone has a cell phone.
How much money have they taken from other individuals.

If I had known I would have signed up via Prime video etc. which they provided for the same price.

I felt they had a variety of shows that would be worth watching which is why I signed up.

On a regular basis iv seen subscriptions more then cost of tv ad on via rogers cabel etc. So I thought it was worth trying.

After noting it is not eligible to watch on any device I owned except a cell phone I canceled.

I was told multiple times after speaking to representative via phone and through chat nothing can be done my money is gone..
After the representative asked me all devices I had.. I kept being told not compatible
I do not think signing up to crave when a good population of people would not know this is okay.

The commercials are too long, too frequent, and too repetitive. When I stop watching before the show is finished, it often continues in the wrong place, and I have to endure a string of ads before I can tell I'm in the wrong place. Every other streaming service I have is better for the cost. I only have it for certain shows. If I could find them elsewhere, I'd drop Crave in a heartbeat.

Ads literally every 4-5 minutes. It’s to the point where they spam you with ads. Would not use this crappy streaming service, find others.

I would give it a 0, but 1 is the lowest it will go. Just using it for free shows and I usually spend 10 minutes in commercials before it actually will play I segment of the show. It then works until the next commercial set and I have to start all over again. When it goes back to the show it is not where left off, it is back sometimes 4 shows. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE,

I have crave through my service provider (telus). Crave just billed my Visa $56.00 for a service I already am paying for. Asked for credit and was refused as the subscription auto renewed yesterday. In my opinion a sneaky way to make a buck. Not impressed!

It never works properly. Doesn’t save where you are in between different devices and then it’s awful trying to fast forward too. It also always freezes. They managed to update the interface but somehow didn’t fix anything that was actually wrong with it. It’s sad that this is where all the good shows are and Canadians only have this to watch them on.

Horrible service, I currently have the basic plan I wanted to see if it was worth it to upgrade and it’s not!!! Non stop buffering, lagging , shows just drop or the screen goes dark but you can still hear the show playing. I subscribed so I could stream on my smart tv’s it’s a waste of time I get better service on the free version of YouTube.

Good content and shows but unethical in the amount of commercials they make their users watch.
