Crave Horrible. HBO also horrible. Nonsense movies all day. I get it free but it’s still too much.

Very frustrating and tired of paying for a streaming service where any halloween movies I wanna watch like Beetlejuice, Corpse bride, Edward Scissorhands e.t.c. are in effing French. Goodbye Crave.

I use Netflix, I use prime, and I use our beloved Bell Fibe service. In all honesty this service is crap. Constant swirl wait times even though I am a bell fibe loyal customer. I want my money back!

First of all we pay for a subscription and they still have ADS!!! WTF IS THIS CRAP!!!??? There are only a few shows I like on their streaming service and very few movies. My roommate likes it... but I still don't get why we have to pay to watch ADS!!

Honestly, Crave is somehow worse than cable TV at this point. I’m watching The Big Bang Theory and literally sat through FOUR commercials, got 45 SECONDS of the actual show, and then got hit with another FOUR commercials. And somehow, there are STILL ads at the end of the episode. WHY?! At least cable TV had a steady cadence. The commercial breaks were predictable, and the shows were structured around them. I spend more time watching commercials than the actual content I came to watch. And the technical issues make it even worse. Sometimes the ads finish, the show starts again, and all you get is a BLACK SCREEN with the audio playing. The only fix is to back out of the episode and reopen it, which means the ads start all over again. So now I’m being punished with MORE commercials because YOUR app doesn’t work properly? This is a paid streaming service, not a free website running on pop-up ads.

Offer a lot of french movies with English titles (no way to tell it is FR until you click on it) on an English Account / GLITCHY AF - often you have to restart the app because it crashes / very hard to cancel

A ridiculous amount of commercials for a supposedly premium service. Slowly morphing into the old cable TV. Signed up through Bell where it specifically says no ads, feel like I've been duped. Cancelling.

I dont like that movies originally in English are only offered in Dubbed French. Its super misleading thinking they have this great movie selection but they actually dont. How disappointing.

They have a great selection but a lot of their titles are in French language only. Totally annoying.

crave USED to be not too bad. now….it's a joke. well, less than a joke since people pay for the service.
commercials....when you do subscription service streaming, you expect to be able to just sit and watch the movie. no interruptions. crave? nope. commercials every 5-10 minutes. non-stop. no way to stop them. at all.
you have two subscription levels. standard with ads and premium. so, what's the difference?
Crave standard has ads, you can only watch on 2 simultaneous streams, only runs on 1080p (which is ok for the most part) and only features crave, hbo, max and Hollywood blockbuster, but with fewer titles.
Crave premium has a higher price tag, allows you to watch 4 simultaneous streams, still only gives 1080p, but allows you an ad-free experience on select crave originals, hbo and blockbusters (so not really ad-free, just certain movies), you can cast to your big screen and offers limited offline downloads for mobile browsing.
So, you’re paying for a streaming service without ads. Yet….you get ads. So, you pay for the service and pay for the ads. This isn’t right. One of the concepts of streaming is to not deal with ads like regular tv.
Then there’s the interface. They changed it to a much less user-friendly format. it was nice being able to just look at hbo, if that’s what you were in the mood for, or crave or whatever you were searching for. Now….it’s just a jumble. With MUCH less programming to boot.
Crave wasn’t a bad service before the changes. Now…it’s just a waste of time.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I don’t think I’ve ever used a worse app/technology platform than Crave. I don’t say this lightly but I can’t think of a single positive thing to say about them. Pick your hell- categories don’t have any logic, no way to teach it what you like, randomly picking a movie only to discover it’s only available in French, paying a premium to still have adds. Protecting bell media and punishing consumers is what drives people in Alberta and Quebec to want to separate from Canada. I would risk jail time to illegally stream HBO before paying for crave again.

Ridiculously expensive. Poor customer service.

Horrible service for a paid streaming platform. For two episodes in a row (Episode 30 and 31), they uploaded completely wrong video files that have absolutely nothing to do with the actual TV shows. To make matters worse, their customer support is way too slow. I had to wait over 1 hour and 10 minutes on their live chat just to report a technical mistake made on their end. Furthermore, their video player lacks a basic "Report an issue" button, which is unacceptable for a paid service. Very disappointed.

Too many commercials. We get together as a family to watch a movie or show as we have limited time for each other. I will not recommend Crave at all.

Had a gift card for over a year, tried to use it, and said it was invalid. They tell me I have to give them the exact date it was purchased! After a year and bought buy someone else. They said they can't use info on card!
So my $50 gift card it useless. Never will do business with these idiots again.

I paid for premium which inclueds no Ad's!!! Yet I tried to watch "king of new york" and they make me watch Ad's for a minute 30! Cant fast forward! They suck! So doed BELL!

Trying it watch Law and Order. Every time a commercial finishes the app freezes. Reboot/restart sometimes works but not always. Extremely frustrating.
