Its exciting buying your first static caravan a great experiance.
Remember to read every little detail of Terms and Conditions.
Over the year you have site fees to pay between £3500 - £5500 and many other things to pay.
If you upgrade to a better static all is good.
If you need to sell your static the park gets first option.We were initially offered £6000 - £7000.The salesman said he would meet us at our static to take photos.As soon as he arrived he said we dont buy back statics unless double glazed ours was single glazed.The only option now to you is go sell it to a trader and you will get offered a rock bottom price you will be ripped off.Our static was a 2011 model in excellent condition which cost us £18000.The trader gave us £3000 them the park wanted a disconnection fee of over £700 and after paying the park and settling up we were left with £2200.We were devastated we had owned the static for 3 years so its price depreciated £6000 a year.Never again the static caravan in holiday parks Industry is corrupt and rotten to the core.There main objective is to make as much money out of you as possible something I know they will deny.

A very relaxing week! Warm and welcoming.
Just spent a very relaxing week at Argyle holidays Drimsynie in a Pharmagen hot tub lodge. Our visit was a break away to celebrate two birthdays and an anniversary. Because of the dog friendly approach, our two wee yorkies were able to enjoy the scenery and walks along the beach also, which was great!
I was very impressed with the full experience and will definitely be returning. Special thanks to Graeme and the reception team who went above and beyond to make the stay special.
Everything was ready for check in and the reception team were so friendly and welcoming. We received the keys, a map and some information and a little welcome bag for the dogs(a really nice touch).
We drove up to the lodge which had plenty parking space and really great views down the loch. The Lodge was very warm, clean and tidy with all you could need. A TV in each bedroom and smart TV in the livingroom. WiFi if needed although we got 4G (with faster speeds than Glasgow).
Each room had a little toiletry set and the kitchen had a small box with tea, coffee, washing up liquid and tea towels. The showers were a good size and great pressure.
The kitchen had all you could need. Plates, glasses, utensils, pots and even a dishwasher.
Stepping out on to the decking and the view from the hot tub was spectacular.
We had dinner in the restaurant a couple of the nights and the food, service and quality was good.
Looking forward to returning soon.

Tried to book for family at Christmas after seeing it advertised. Told no as you have not stayed before. Why advertise it then. False advertising and would of stayed before but had a tough couple of years…! 😡

You still advertise maybe you should stipulate that unless you have stayed before than you will not be able to ..
We were trying to get 3 generations of family together for Christmas after a tough few years and bereavement.
No thanks will not try with you again. It’s bloody disgusting and I will never recommend you . Even though you are a huge campsite !!!!!!!!

Visited Inveruglas a number of times…
Visited Inveruglas a number of times now with our touring van. Wonderful site, friends and helpful staff and facilities spot on. Putting a big twin axle onto the end bays does need them reversed in from the drive. Quiet with stunning views. Satellite hook up worked great, and good 4G phone coverage too. Oh and if your want an amazing meal out the Drovers In. 15mins north is a must.

Purchased a caravan stupidly without even viewing the park due to be in lockdown. After a year of owning and absolutely hating the park due to poor staffing, substandard entertainment, lack of security which is very much needed on the park, overpriced disgusting food and much more we decided to sell. Sold privately as the park offered as a ridiculous low price for our caravan. Seal bay then did everything in their power to make the sale difficult. Adding on charges to us the seller and the buyer wherever they could and even delayed paying off the finance with the buyers money despite it being a private sale so not their money to hold on to. Seal bay don’t care about owners and only care about making money. No communication, disrespectful staff that lie to your face. If thinking about buying a caravan I would definitely avoid seal bay formally Bunn leisure!!!!

Had a terrible time at the embassy lounge every time we went there, there’s wasn’t a manager to be found, and although this sounds funny, because they couldn’t be found, we weren’t able to have the peanuts, because no pots to put them in 🤦♀️. The poor staff were run off their feet, but could only do so much .
Used to enjoy nights out here but no more

good god. my holiday was so bad. i just recently went a couple of days ago, and i was appalled by the change. my grandparents paid for the holiday, and they didn’t even come because they feared that the beds would be too uncomfortable for my nana who is disabled and has type one diabetes. we said on the phone that we would like parking near the caravan, so it would suit my nana who is disabled, and we didn’t get that. we also asked to be away from drunk hot spots like the embassy club because my nana can’t really handle noise well at night, and our caravan was so near to the club that you could see the wall from the caravan windows. we used to go there a lot for a family holiday, but it’s changed to a gambling money stealing site. we always used to go to the gift shop inside the arcades which has now been turnt into a mini gambling site, and we used to go to the shop to buy some groceries for good money, which me and my mum were shocked to see that it’s changed to a prize booth. nothing is worth going there for. only the village and the beach, which yet you have to climb over massive boulders or go through the ocean bar to get to it, which is a money grab. there used to be lots of great entertainment for me when i was little, but we went there just now for my 18th birthday to find that there is all stuff built along the sea view from the ocean bar, or the place you could park to walk to the beach which i found really pleasent. if you were a family that loved food, seal bay resort would be tue place for you. the food is overpriced, and is really burnt. nothing worth going for because the only things you get with the price of the holiday is the van, the swimming pool and the beach. all the entertainment you have to pay for and book. me and my mum were so glad to come home and leave a family holiday spot forever because we will not be returning and not recommending this gamble site to anyone. it’s just for people who love to drink.

Hunter's Quay - Expensive and run down
We booked a 4 night stay at Hunter's Quay in a luxury caravan. Accommodation was average with broken locks and gaps on windows, no towels, no hoover. We had to call for the handyman twice to come and fix the heating and the front door lock. We had purchased ferry tickets that never arrived and I was told to just buy them on the day which was way more expensive and they would have refunded but I'm still waiting for the difference to be refunded. Staff at the desk were ok at best and plain rude at worst. I would not recommend! We paid over £200 per night, I would pick a nice hotel for a real nice break. Never again!!!

Great holiday my daughters jenna and janessa really enjoyed the swimming the arcade and the entertainment and obviously the beach box fish was great papa Jones was very tasty the only thing let it down was my silver 3 caravan which the net curtains were ripped fridge broken and the bedroom smelt like dogs which the caravan was a no pets girls first time there as allways go to haven 3 times a year they loved it and want to go back but I'm not sure as haven caravans are better

Absolutely let down. Not only did we HAVE TO book every activity online b 4 we arrived, we soon found out everything was fully booked till September. So kids were bored. I gave 2p's for slots but after a week of getting 450 on points they got 3 small sweats for that. I gave them at least £40 worth of 2p's. The pool was a disgrace. We got there at 9 only to b told the slides would not open till 10. We waited in the queue till 10 then to be told the first 15 people infront was the only ones aloud in. We had to waited another 25 minutes b 4 we were aloud in. The pool was 25% occupied. Then to top it off they said my 6 year old was just a tad too small for the lazy River which if we got told b 4 queuing there were height restrictions we would have left. There was a 4 hour wait behind us. The outdoor pool was supposed to b heated but was cold. Yet again, we queued. One in one out system. No life guards as they were attending the entry system. The bar for the cookies and coffee only had 1 staff member doing the outside kiosk and inside. Queued for 30 minutes for 2 cookies. The bar inside only had 1 or 2 staff taking food and drink orders. Big place but nothing for the kids to do. We payed £40 for WiFi as they said excellent WiFi all round the area, but NO, not where tents and caravans are!!!! Camp site was a squeeze. Ontop of each other with our caravans. Too many slots for kids, not enough staff and badly organised and run. S**t show. We cam home 4 days early. Only best part was Pappa Jones pizza. That's it!!! The fairground closed at 5. Everyone likes a fun fair at night, but the staff in there were not much older than 17. Most of the staff in the whole complex were under 23 I recon. No cove characters at all to b seen. Absolute waste of money and time.

What a awful place this is .Iwas so looking forward to sitting outside my caravan having lunch or dinner or just having a few beers.I couldn’t do this because there are NO table and chairs unbelievable I went to reception to ask for some none available.What sort of holiday camp is this when you can’t seat outside in the evenings? I paid £1600 for this crap place never again stay away

Where do I start on this …. Both my partner and I have emailed in to coves General manger to get No reply…not even an acknowledgment…this is totally unacceptable and rude.
The Entertainment now is absolutely awful even though they still advertise the Big acts that used to exist when it was Bunn leisure and was owned by The Bunn Family it was fabulous ….but not anymore !!!
Now we don’t go out …if we do go out …it’s to the village instead…where some of our original ents team perform
The Embassy now feels very unsafe…always a fight we hear about every week …the original security team were absolutely amazing never did we get any trouble with them in the venues… great bunch of guys !!
Now you just hear them say …”were not paid enough to deal with that sh@t“ so bad to hear that ….
I’m just so disappointed all the money cove have spent but it’s going downhill fast
I hope I get my response from cove but I’m not holding my breath …

poor health and safety and hygiene
we received out checking in time in on the app say 3pm and our code/activation for key was avaliable from 3 but couldn't get into caravan. We finally had someone get us in at 3;50 but the room hadn't been checked so had to wait for someone on to come and to give us are key. they said it would be 30 minutes but ended up being a way over a hour and had spoken in-between this but on the 4th phone call he said he didn't read our notes and said to collect keys from reception. so first impressions wasn't great at all we were all fed up. we quickly realised its a very odd place Security everywhere check in nappy bags under prams even saw them check behind children in pram!! never seen anything like it for a kid caravansite, also no prices on anything in embassy Entertainment bar or shop, mainly travellers onsite (which wasn't an issue but was surprised), all staff are very young, don't deal with health and safety faulty machines that lifted my child up of the ground before putting money in she was half in half out reported it but hey just you need to find someone else. a child was sick in the outdoor Pool and was not just water it had all bit of food in, we reported this but they just said we'll I can't see anything and did nothing, didn't make people in the Poole aware of this and the kid had sick all over his costume, so many machines in the arcade are faulty. The worse part of this is I have came home to day and 2 very young children who have been throwing up all day and night and still being sick at 1:35am and cannot wait till morning to right this review as I am so disgusted and concerned that more children or adults are getting sick ! if they have not got good healthy and safety I wonder what they're food hygiene is like. I would highly advise anyone not to go never complained about a holiday before. also you can't complain on site it has to be emails that's what I was told by the guy on the phone and reception

Over priced
Over priced. Not Dog friendly. Dog bin overflowing for 2 days. Showers old. Too packed. Site too large. Pitch is rough uneven and trip hazard. Very rough stones walk ways. Will never visit again at £50 per night for grass and electric. Total rip off

I've visited Warner touring site a few times now and can't complain at all until you go out the gate on to the main complex the entertainment was exactly the same as last year song for song then to top ot off the repeated it twice in one week , and to top it off the place looked like a war zone there was food and left over drinks all over the tables and floor and the staff wasn't interested in cleaning it up I was very disappointed

Disappointed!!! 2 stars because the grounds and caravans are genuinely very well looked after. But as for the staff or should I say lack there off. I wanted some general information about travel to the asda so we could get some supplies for the 4 days we were there. I was greeted at the reception window by an incredibly rude young girl saying there are no buses and she doesn't know where we can get one. She actually knew nothing about anything to do with the park even asked why don't we just walk! (Asda is a couple miles away I was with my baby and disabled mother. This is what we were greeted with! I was incredibly shocked by this.
None of the food places are open in the day time. You will struggle to find decent food for your family unless you shop! There is also a lack of entertainment for infants in the day time. Then it kicks of at 6pm when your baby is ready to go to bed. That is unless you want to take them to the evening entertainment which is mostly drunk parents! With security everywhere. More like a rough estate social club. Not for my kids!
The beach is lovely. The outdoor pool is a great spot along with the sandpit. Shame the rest sucked.

I wrote a review a month ago when I was angry but could not update what I wrote, we had a not very good 3 days start to our holiday (but) Management, reception staff not only sorted our problem but we where upgraded to a platinum van which was amazing they also gave us £30 in vouchers so we could all have a nice meal, I have be read some of the other reviews can can honestly say all the be team where amazing. We have booked again for September my daughter has one booked as well they are right on the beach but we could not get one on the beach so we have asked for one as close to them as possible, will update you on how it goes but we are all looking forward to a stress free holiday.

Absolutely fantastic holiday! We’ve been 3 times in the last 12 months and it’s been great each time! Big shout out to Ky and Owen on the wave rider, they were so good with our boy and he feels like he has 2 new best mates! Will be back again soon!

We have owned our caravan for three…
We have owned our caravan for three years now. And from the minute we purchased our van The sales team provided us with exactly what we needed Nigel and Lucy have gone above and beyond to make sure my family gets the best experience from the park.
Since Cove have taken over The park it has gone from strength to strength i’ve read a lot of reviews from previous holidays/owners and can honestly say this is not a correct reflection of the park.
i have a young family and was the best decision I ever made to become an owner. Our children are constantly entertained whether it is planned entertainment in the white horse or west sands or enjoying the Lido.
all of the facilities are amazingly clean all events are well planned and organised. We feel very relaxed and safe due to security officers which are constantly patrolling the park.
We have had some of our best nights spent in the Viking The manager Steve Who takes his time to get to know regulars and accommodate everyone which in turn gives a brilliant atmosphere to enjoy your evening including. Dan, Aaron, abbie, Ellie.
Our favourite place to eat is the Lido The food is excellent always hot always presented beautifully The staff are friendly just a really well run environment and I believe this is because of Becca making sure that everybody is satisfied with their food and drinks.
My overall experience with the park is excellent we have made so many new friends I couldn’t imagine not being an owner.
