I’ve lost my patience and the lack of or seriously delayed response has only served to escalate my feelings of being taken for close to
$200 by Covcare

I’m horrified reading all the bad
reviews I found on line.
I’ve patiently waited over 5 weeks for ten N95 masks and have gotten the same lies as everyone else who wrote Poor reviews.
1 We have them in stock
2 They are shipping this week
3 They are shipping next week
4 We will put you as a priority.
Unfortunately I ordered an additional ten and paid the 25 percent premium to ensure expedited delivery.
I assume I’ll get the same response everyone else who complained got saying to contact covcare so they
can “further investigate”.
Here’s an idea for the “owner” ....ship my orders and
STOP putting it back on your
customers to continue to contact you after you took our hard earned money.
I’ve placed feedback on the Better Business Bureaus website as well.
The ultimate insult Is the email I received from the company just last night showing A picture of the Shipment they “ just received” so I would think they have these items in stock. I emailed them back stating that it was exactly the same photograph theY used in an email from two weeks prior
Disgraceful!!!

I did my research and this company looks legit. I have not received my masks yet so I can’t review quality or effectiveness but as a contracted care provider (they don’t supply masks) I look forward to receiving them shortly

I think u got to be just patient ...I got mine in 2 months.I was almost abt to go and cancel after reading all the other reviews here .Wish I cld put a picture here.I need to now find out if these are real N95. CDC has outlined wht to look on the mask to distinguish .

an absolute scam. I place two orders and when the first one arrived 5 weeks later they were not CE. There was no CE on the masks or the inventory slips in the packages.
Had the masks tested and they failed. Canceling second order and filing a complain with both the state, federal and local governments.
Will attempt to get my money back from the credit card company that was used.
Stay away from this company.

I ordered masks (KN95 and 3-ply) on June 18 and they have my payment. But nothing has been shipped and the order still shows as "pending". As a high risk person these were important to me. I sent follow-up emails but the response says it takes 10 to 15 days. I realize they are busy but hope they are able to send my order soon.
Updated 7/23/20 - it just took a phone call and within a day my shipment was sent. Very helpful and a quick response.

Finally started wearing these kn95 masks.
Masks are quite tight for me, I can't wear them due to the tightness around my ears. I'm not large, 70" tall and my head is normal size. Didn't appreciate a big green logo on my cheek advertising the company either. A company rep called asking for a review the same day I received them. Couldn't give her one because I hadn't worn the masks as of then. Now I've worn them, Won't buy these again.

I would rather give it no stars. Horrible customer service. I ordered N95 masks 1 month ago. Never received them even though I was told that they were in stock. Called the company several times. They promised that the order was being shipped, but it never happened. Spoke to reps and supervisors- all untrustworthy. Avoid this company!

I received my KN95 masks yesterday. They were delivered in less than two weeks which was as promised. I put them through the three tests recommended by the CDC to make sure they’re authentic. They passed with flying colors. Finally an honest company. An outstanding company to deal with. Thank you Edna from Customer Support.

Our company ordered 5,000 masks from CovCare. Ashish, our representative, was very helpful with providing quotes and the ordering process. If I had any questions, he would respond to emails or voicemails within 30 minutes if he was not available when I called. I just ordered some face shields and feel confident that I will receive the same outstanding treatment again from Ashish.

Scam company! I placed an order for k n 95 masks on 6/9. I called 3 weeks later to check on the order. Talked to a woman- she said “it’s on its way” and gave me a USPS tracking number. The package never made it to US PS. So then I wrote an email and left several messages. I received an email back from Alina.
They were so sorry about the delay and my package is going out and gave me a Fed x Tracking number. It said it was going to Texas instead of my home in Arizona. After many calls emails etc. I never heard anything so I had my credit card company cancel the charge. They said this is actually becoming a very common scam where they give you tracking numbers to make it look like they’re actually legit and they’re not.

SCAM ARTIST DO NOT BUY FROM THEM i wish i had seen this website before i placed my order. the website won't let me leave them a review, i cant get in touch w/ customer service. will be calling my bank to get my money back. so mad.

CovCare is a scam. Ordered 10 N95 masks on May 27. Still haven't received them. Chatted digitally with a rep named "Zach" on June 19. He said they were expecting a big shipment the following week. Still received no masks. Went to their email portal
on June 29 to ask for the status and received a BS prewritten answer saying they fulfill orders within 10-15 business days. I'm at 35 days. Stay clear of Cov.Care.com. The 5 star reviews running on the bottom of their website are inaccurate at best. Joe -- Cov Care Order #10266. I noticed they made it impossible for me to leave a review.

If I could give them a score of zero, I would. I ordered masks over a month ago...I have called several times and they keep saying I should receive them in two days...they still have never showed up.
This place is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will never get your product.

Worst company I ever worked with. A total fraud. Charged for order and after weeks, haven’t shipped. No response from customer service or at best, misleading and wrong information. STAY AWAY!

please do not buy this evertime we called the company they said "it will come monday" but it never came! we were lucky my family called the bank in time to cancel it or else we would have been scammed for 360 bucks!!

Excellent service. Anila Nelson helped us with two big orders. Very responsive and helpful. Great price. Relatively quick turnaround. The surgical masks we ordered cake quickly both time’s and the N95s did not take too long. We placed one big order for surgical masks and N95s and then a second for the exact same items. When we are ready to purchase more we will return for the excellent service. Highly recommend.

I ordered last week. I tried calling and got the same response as the other reviews. I called my credit card company and was issued a credit. They will be contacting CovCare. This is one time my impatience paid off. LOL
