THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Received my purchase in about a week. 5 of the masks were completely defective. Contacted CovCare to get a replacement. They said that we had to ship the defective ones back first. Since this was the only option, we sent them back. CovCare never sent replacements nor issued a refund. CovCare no longer responds to our emails.

I got the masks ordered. It took a few extra days but they contacted me and even provided a tracking number.

Do not do business with them. I paid extra for a speedy 3-4 delivery, that was over a month ago! I've contacted them and they have not given me a refund and I do not think I'll ever get my money back. Shame on them.

This company is a completely fraudulent company. Just try to leave a review on their website...You can't. I ordered N95 masks on June 5th and to this day August 6th have received nothing but excuses from them. After awhile they blocked my numbers and they no longer answer my calls or emails. Please don't get taken by this company. Any positive reviews left on this site is likely from their own workers. Trust me on this. You will NEVER receive your masks. I even tried canceling and they told me they would refund me.... no refunds whatsoever.

I was hesitant at first to try this company since it seemed too good to be true, but they delivered figuratively and physically! I highly recommend them. As you know, every company will have very positive and very negative reviews (and this one is no different with all the negativity and positivity you’ll see), which is the nature of the business. I am very satisfied with the 3-pack of N95 masks I ordered and received in a great time window!

Masks are solid, rigid and offer a tight fit. One can quibble about the price but are adequately constructed. They are not 3M quality but are superior to homemade and surgical masks. Order # 37066

Still waiting for my full order from July 7th. They shipped a small part of the order on July 14th (the easiest items to get anywhere, face shields). Wondering if this is complete scam. I've called 2x and each time was told that it will ship "next week." Meanwhile I get solicitation emails to order as they have supplies in stock. Fraud. Ready to report them if this doesn't get resolved quickly

Ordered masks on 7-10-20, very small order of only 20 masks, order form states that standard delivery is 14-15 days, as of the writing of this review not received the masks 18 days later, Covcare was very efficient at collecting my money. Have attempted to call Covcare, have emailed Covcare and have sent messages every way I can imagine at this point--still absolutely NO RESPONSE from anyone at Covcare, keep in mind Covcare still has my payment which they collected on 7-10-20

I ordered the NIOSH N95 masks. They arrived a little over 2 weeks. Masks are durable quality and can be reused. The only thing for me is the nose part. It’s a ONE SIZE FITS ALL so if you have a smaller face... you must really mold the mask all around and press to tighten the nose part. Put a cloth mask outside it works tightly for me with the mask Extensions.
Guys your order will come... they just back ordered and delivery from China.
This is the only site that I’ve found that sells good NIOSH at this time.

I would avoid this company and purchase your personal protective equipment elsewhere. Wrong product sent, shipping was overpriced and slower than promised, product box arrived damaged, and customer service was unresponsive. I'd recommend saving yourself the aggravation.

these are the most durable masks i have used at aspirus hospital thus far this year they have yet to break as much as i use them sometimes more than four times a week or more and they wash and dry rather quickly.

They are terrible! They sent us every damaged products and refuse to process a refund! It is a scam!

I ordered a 100 3 ply masks and even with the circumstances of COVID-19, I still received my order on time. Even though the price of the masks were low, the quality and durability of the masks were excellent. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The mask were simply amazing and despite the low price the quality of the equipment are very great. I recommend everyone to visit the website and give it a try

Recently I ordered a pack of 50 3ply masks and had a great experience with customer support as well as their products. I was aware that my delivery might not be on time as shipping everywhere is unreliable due to the virus. Even with these questions in mind, the customer support was able to ensure that my package came to me in the end. The quality of the masks was incredible also and will be definitely buying more masks soon.

Placed an order back in early June, selected only items that were listed as “in stock” and “ready to ship”. It is now 2 months later and I have received nothing! I’ve called and emailed but can’t get any information from them. It must be a scam. Don’t throw your money away!

FRAUDULENT COMPANY BEWARE!!! I placed an order on June 1st and tried multiple times to get a hold of someone via email and phone. I would get placed on hold, transferred, and then hung up on. Repeatedly. When I finally reached someone they told me of delays, which I totally understand. I FINALLY got a tracking number over a month later and then when I went to the USPS to track the package, the site said the label was a pre-shipment label and it was CANCELLED! I tried calling them and got hung up on. It's all a big scam they are taking advantage of people during this pandemic. I wish there were reviews to warn others.

ordered and paid +25% surcharge for fast delivery (4-5 days.) never arrived. called to inquire and lady said they would be sent today or tomorrow. asked about refund of the +25% charge, put on hold and came back and said order would be sent by the end of this week. asked for cancellation and refund of entire order and asked for confirmation. lady said email confiming cancellation would be sent today. NONE RECEIVED. Suggest everyone file BBB and NY Atty General complaints for taking adantage of COVID situation!!!

I was hesitant to place an order after reviewing reviews but decided to take chance. I placed an first order for 5000 masks and second order for 35000 masks which were delivered on time. Ashish has committed expedited delivery of order of 35000 masks and they were shipped next day. I was surprised by excellent customer service as they went above and beyond to advice delivery service to deliver order at special time as advised. I highly recommend Ashish and his team. I am looking forward towards placing another big order.
