Received a beautiful bottle of whiskey for my collection. Wrapped with bubble wrap and taped to stay in place. Shipped on time with no delays.

I was dealing with an international online retailer who used Cork & Mash to fulfill the order in the US. My experience with the other retailer was terrible so I cancelled the order and advised Cork & Mash. Simon at C&M went out of his way to immediately issue a refund and offered to work it out on his end with the other retailer. I really appreciate C&M listening to the facts and proactively going above and beyond to help address the poor service of another retailer. Thank you!

Delivered very late and order was wrong

I initially received my Judge Water bottle (which was not inexpensive) damaged. The company reached out and offered to make it right by sending a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement bottle also arrived damaged, with a chipped glass.

I sent photos of the damage but never received a response. I ended up with two unusable bottles and no resolution.

Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company. The products are expensive, and the customer service did not follow through when the replacement arrived damaged.

You shipped product four months after order and then shipped wrong product. I ordered three small batch bottles and you send sent one w two rye. I don’t like rye and would not have ordered. I’d send back but I have no confidence I’d receive replacement in timely manner

Product was well packaged for shipping. Only reason I didn't give the 5th star was it took over a week for the package to actually ship from the time I placed the order.

Competitive prices, fast and reliable shipping, good communication throughout. Will place orders here again.

Quality of service was good, but I like this company because of esoteric, unique whiskeys unavailable elsewhere. Take a leap to higher proof, higher quality scotch!

What an absolute delicious spirit! Sharing it with friends was such a treat. We consider ourselves very lucky to have this in our liquor cabinet. The delivery was flawless and packaging just perfect. Thank you soooo much for the margarita mix bottle as well.

When I ordered it showed in stock, but after ordering it was informed of a backorder which forced me to find elsewhere, for a gift for a friend. Also, one bottle leaked slightly in transportation.

I visited the Cork & Mash site to inquire about the Cheech & Chong Judge's water and shipping information. Within minutes I received a personal response. A perfect conversation answering every question, providing specific details with a most pleasant and professional gentleman. Everything explained and promised was precise! I would 💯 recommend anyone wanting to find that special item for a gift or to add to your personal collection to visit their site with complete trust. I will definitely shop with Cork & Mash again. It was very easy to search and perfect from order to delivery!

Although they purported to have my selection in stock, I left 3 voicemail messages and sent 3 emails to the concierge. I have yet to receive a reply or any communication after 4 days.

As an addendum, I spoke with Simon on Wednesday May 5 after writing my negative review. He stated that my $500+ item would be delivered by Saturday May 8 with free expedited shipping, and that they were extremely busy. Today is Saturday May 8, and still no item or tracking info. I tried to contact their customer service today but they are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
I had to wonder whether Cork and Mash was indeed a legitimate enterprise, so I contacted the BBB.
Again, my credit card was charged on May 4 for an order placed on May 2. Simon stated that it would be delivered today, May 8. I am extremely unhappy with Cork and Mash. Buyer beware!

Fast shipping, bottle was packaged great

My order was missing stuff and some bottles were broken. Simon was extremely helpfull and replaced the missing items and shipped them the same day. Thank you Simon!!

I ordered one item on April 2, the "gift" was finally received on April 21st.

Had a problem with order, they called me and got it straightened out for me, thank you! Will continue to order from them!
