Hi Danny, I have struggled to find you ever visiting our store or purchasing online. If you can please let me know who the staff you spoke to were I will speak to them. We check all items prior to sending and all our items are Brand New. Great advice and service
Went in to buy a sleeping bag and was given fantastic advice, since used the sleeping bag on an expedition to Africa and it worked spot on. As they are open 7 days a week I am able to get advice all the time and have bought online now as well as going in the outdoor superstore.

Friendly and Helpful
I've bought online and visited the bricks and mortar shop, I can't fault both the company and the staff.
When in shopping in person I've found the staff to be friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about their job.
Both the virtual and real shop hold a great selection of stock for the markets they cater for and if they don't stock what you require they can point you in the right direction.

Hi Mike, I am really sorry for the service we provided you and we have put into place extensive staff training and better stock management systems to try and prevent this happening again.
