Recently ordered gaming PC and i must say the experience was fantastic. Called customer service many times due to some technical questions and all my questions answered and received quality advice.

CosnsolekillerPC were very helpful in supplying me with a replacement of my gaming PC. I kept an eye on their website and was in touch with various members of their support team. When I finally selected a PC the process of checkout was fairly simple and the PC was very quickly delivered.

My order was just £217 and they shipped my Intel i7 gaming PC for free. It is refurbed but working perfectly. Seems like new one. Good price but the only downside was is that it reached 2 days late than anticipated date.

Bought Gtx 1050 price quality was god and it was within my budget. Received quick and it was as described.

Bought refurbish graphics card. Price, Quality and despatch is good.

I bought a pc around a month ago. Phoned there customer line was told lie after lie. Its been dispatched and we will send you a e-mail to confirm . Never arrived and no e-mail .
I have got onto Clearpay customer services and get a email from Console killer sent me a tracking number , guess what it hasnt been updated for 4 days.
Have sent a e-mail now asking to cancel and get a refund. Just terrible customer service . Stay clear of them.

Ordered an item which they didn't have in stock but didn't get in touch about until I'd emailed and called repeatedly. And since then have not processed a refund now almost 2 months later

23rd Dec. As promised goods arrived before Christmas meaning my son gets a great present in time.
This company have done a great job in building and supplying a high spec gaming PC in next to no time and at a very reasonable price.
Definitely would recommend using their services.

A few teething issues, but the guys were friendly enough, issues got sorted. Happy as can be with the service and machine.

I recently purchased a gaming PC for my son which he loves. I needed a gaming pc for Christmas and decided to go for a refurbished one. I know nothing about computers and when searching online saw that console killer was local. Despite being really busy they built me the pc in time for Christmas and the spec was better than expected! After sales service has been brilliant, especially David who talked me through setting it up over the phone. Will definitely recommend!!
