Reasonable prices, excellent service.
I made a stupid mistake with my booking and emailed them straight away. Helen, their rep. phoned me the very next morning to tell me not to worry, she had already corrected the booking and that there was no charge.
This is the standard of service I thought was long gone from retail of any kind. What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with this company.
