I dealt with a chap called Tom.. he was patient, very helpful, did not try to push me into anything i wasn`t 100% happy with and listened to what i asked for .. i have often not bothered with people who come across as "pushy", in fact, if they don`t listen to what my preferences are, then i tend to waiste their time... But as i said, Tom was very good and the reason i signed up for this contract

The person I originally spoke to was very helpful and gave concise quotes for our electricity.
During the course of the negotiations, we were kept informed of price fluctuations which was in our favor as they were reducing and dramatically swayed our decision in the end. We received all the necessary information by email to conclude the contract. We also have a dedicated account manager should we need any further help or advice.
