I would highly recommend Commerce Utilities.
Tom has been a great help for us, as we have had numerous issues with our business energy bills in the past. After a very smooth process Tom found us a much better deal than we ever could, he's also helped us with an energy plan moving forward to ensure we are saving as much as possible. When it came to swapping over everything was handled for us and we did not have to worry about a thing. Its great knowing we can rely on a trusted local company with extensive knowledge within the industry, the whole experience has been a very positive one!

I have found dealing with Commerce Utilities to be a very satisfactory experience and that the rates on the contract I have agreed with them are very competitive. Having had the misfortune to have dealt with some extremely dishonest business energy brokers in the past few years (very many such cases are well documented on the internet) it has been reassuring to deal with a company who applied no pressure or binding confirmation of what has been discussed before a balanced commitment has to be made.
I recommend this company to all small businesses. Many owners of these are paying far far too much for their gas and electricity supplies.

We receive many calls from companies making 'promises' about getting us the 'best deal' and whatever, however .... Tom actually did just that, and having spoken to him many times on the phone now he seems like just a very nice chap who is trying to work on our behalf. So yes, obviously the company gets their cut and make their money, but it goes to them directly from the new utilities company we sign up with, not from our pocket. We are so pleased he persevered with us as we were probably not the easiest to convince! Thank you Tom. Really highly recommend to any potential customers.

Tom approached us late 2019 but unfortunately my mum was poorly and passed away and then came COVID and everything came to a halt. However his patience and perseverance meant we finally secured a duel fuel deal recently.As a small Independent business every saving helps. We will definitely use Tom again .

Tom reached out to us last year and I'm pleased he did. He has secured access to a better deal than we could find on the open market, saving £200 p.a and taking the hassle out of the switchover. His regular but non-pushy contact and patience over recent months has been appreciated and we will definitely use him again for future changes to our electricity plan.

Over the years, I have come to dread the six-month run-up to energy contract renewals - constant calls from would-be negotiators, weeks of nagging, and - if one decides to refuse their services - outright abuse.

Their representative kept in touch at a pre-arranged time, provided accurate and helpful information when requested, and sent easily-understood quotes promptly by email, including relevant discounts and other data.
