Collection Removers LLC was amazing the worked with me ask me questions that made me feel comfortable and them took action. These people made me feel and know I was with the right people! They got me to a 800 credit score and I've never been a 800. My mind was blown away. If you got questions...they have answer and if they didn't know the answer they found it and solved the issue....they work fast...seriously fast. I am a real customer. I'm 800%real, 800% happy and 800% satisfied! Thanks

I believe this is a scammed because its no changes to my report at all. They claimed that they are working on my credit report but nothing has improved or anything. Ive been trying to contact Mark and the Collection removers and left messages no return of call or
Anything. I believe I was scammed out of 350 to do something but no help at all. PLEASE DONT DO IT THEY WILL SCAMMED YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY

I hired them to do my credit on October 4th because I had an eviction and a couple of collections that I needed help with because they were stopping me from getting a place. The person I mainly talked to was Mark, but I also dealt a little bit with Justin. Both were a pleasure to work with and Mark was extremely helpful. He gave me his cell number and anytime I'd call or text him he'd respond back to me normally within an hour or so. And I contacted him with a lot of questions lol. But I checked my credit report yesterday which was November 1st and the eviction was gone as well as both collections, and my score went up 137 points!!! I'm ecstatic because now I can get a new place and hopefully some other things as well!! Thank you very much Collection Removers and Mark!! You guys were great and I really do appreciate your help!!

On Oct 10th 2025, I have spoken with Mark and he spoke to me regarding funding and suggested that I should do the credit cleaning. He told me that the cleaning was $350 and I can get financing in a week and expedite everything for funding. I did receive the paper work as stated and I was told that it would be uploading on the credit bureau website as well. I still didn’t see any changes on my credit report at all. I tried calling Mark for the past couple of days and left messages and nothing in return. So I called collection removers main line and spoke to John on Oct 21st 2025 and he was rude and unprofessional and stated that I was ungrateful that I spent only 350 the service was actually over 2000 and did i pay that and stated no so I need to leave them alone since they did my “credit repair” and when I’m ready to get funding call back then. He hung up on me and I tried to call back to speak to someone else and the phone was just ringing. I was quoted one price of 350 and didn’t mention there is more payments or anything and I stated that to John and he was unprofessional rude and disrespectful as he supposed to be a worker for the public. I don’t know how it is for the credit repair part if it’s working or not but to see this behavior makes me regret of working with this company. Mark was a help but John isn’t professional, rude and disrespectful to their customers. I have proof of the conversations as well.

This company has been amazing! You often hear negative things about credit repair companies, but John and his team work wonders. Thank you so much.

he literally scammed me signed up told me to send him five referrals the same day I signed up and heard from them since phone is going straight to voicemail I left several messages I paid him 250 I had to call him back and cancel within the three days is guideline he acted like somebody else help me I canceled them and been waiting on my money back I still don’t have my money back I just did a fraud alert on this account you will not get anybody else 😌
