On April 7, 2026 at approximately 6:30 PM EDT, I signed two Credit Dispute Services Contracts with Credit Sage LLC, 833-821-1397, 2093 Philadelphia Pike Ste 5702, Claymont, DE 19703. I was charged a total of $478.00 ($399.00 for credit repair services and $79.00 for inquiry dispute services).
On April 8, 2026 — less than 24 hours later and well within the 3-day cancellation period required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and stated in Credit Sage’s own contracts — I attempted to cancel both contracts and request a full refund.
Credit Sage initially refused my refund, claiming they had already sent dispute letters on the same day the contracts were signed. This has no legal basis — the 3-day cancellation right under CROA is unconditional, and any work performed during the cancellation window is at the company’s own risk.
I sent two formal cancellation emails to hello@creditsage with an attached cancellation letter citing the specific federal law and contract language. I also called Credit Sage multiple times. During my calls, I was told an “Account Manager” would call me back. When I continued calling to follow up, they repeatedly hung up on me.
Credit Sage eventually sent a cancellation confirmation email at 5:33 PM EDT on April 8, 2026, acknowledging the cancellation — but made no mention of the refund. As of this filing, I have not received my $478.00 refund.
I have documentation including both signed contracts, all email correspondence, and recorded phone calls showing Credit Sage’s refusal to honor the cancellation and their representatives hanging up on me.
