Appalling
Appalling, do not pay express delivery.
Ordered Sunday, Wednesday came no parcel but an email saying sorry your order was missed I’m dispatching it myself today and will be with you tomorrow. Now Friday and still nothing. 5 day delivery and still no pods and that’s paying £6 for dpd express. It’s not even coming with dpd !!!!
Oh they arrived not 6 boxes of vanilla macchiato which I order but a compete mix of nothing I drink. They haven’t even sent the right items !!! Evie replies about not liking my review but they can’t even get the order right after a week.
Also out of your control lol you did Royal Mail 48 NOT next day as you suggested that’s a different service !! So yes it was under your control but regardless I have a box of stuff I don’t want and don’t drink !! Joke of a company.
Now saying I have had a refund for an order I don’t want which is not the case no refund has been given !!

I'm very dissapointed by this review.
Yes unfortunately your order did indeed get missed when they collected the other orders, I apologise profusely as there is no excuse for that, but I would like to clarify a few of your other concerns.
I did dispatch it myself Wednesday and I stated it 'should' be with you tomorrow (Thursday), unfortunately it looks like being today. There's very little I can do about that as it is out of my control.
Also nowhere on the website does it allow you to choose DPD, the delivery service is based on your location and uses the best available to you and generally it is either Evri or Royal Mail. Your delivery is Royal Mail.
I have processed the refund for your delivery fee as this is wholly unacceptable given the delivery time it has taken. I can only apologise and if you want to speak more you have my email address.

Great Experience from a Regular Buyer
I order of this company at least once a month, The pods are always delivered within a week (which is what they state on their delivery), they're really affordable and they accept Clearpay which helps me manage my finances. I really couldn't recommend them more!

I paid for express delivery and it still took a week to arrive and then I received the wrong order.. I will add that customer service did reply and offer a solution quickly for which I am grateful.

I'm so sorry that you weren't happy with your service. You paid for express delivery which states normally within 24-48 hours and yours took less than 72 so I think thats a little unfair to say it took a week.
We were very sorry for the incorrect pods (sending the Decaffeinated version instead of the normal), but we did let you keep those and sent out replacements. I thought this would've appeased you, I'm sorry it didn't and you felt the need to rate us so badly ☹️

As per our emails I accepted that the delivery timeframe is unacceptable. We send out lots of orders and unfortunately yours was one of a few that was delivered late. I had already agreed to refund your delivery fee and I see Clearpay have processed that this morning. I'm so sorry that it took a while and you decided to rate us so poorly because of something outside of our control ☹️

Firstly thank you for your honest review. I'm sorry that the packages were broke. This is not what we like to hear and will certainly follow up with the delivery company.
I see you mentioned the delivery time, and although your order was made on 30/06 for some reason the carrier didn't collect it until 02/07 and then didn't deliver it for another four days. This is definitely unacceptable.
I will refund your postage cost now as that isn't the service you have paid for, and I hope you will give us another chance to please you.

Yummy coffee, better packaging needed!
Excellent company that provides mint hot chocolate pods that I love! Both boxes arrived squashed but the pods were unaffected, bar one. Could have been worse. Maybe a layer of bubble wrap would guarantee a safer journey. One pod was open but all of the chocolate was still inside. Thanks!
