love my Toggle and Switch couches! I ended up buying a toggle and a switch in their grey/'dove' color. The fabric and quality of the couch is surprisingly amazing for the price. My dogs throw themselves onto the couch, and the fabric holds up well. And since the dogs track dirt on it, it was surprisingly easy to clean and maintain. We're still outfitting the house, so I'm excited to get a few more pieces from Coddle.

I purchased a Crimson Leather Toggle Convertible Sofa by Coddle in May 2019. By January of 2020 I had a rare defect that I see no one writing about. Some of the leather began to separate and tear like a 10 year old leather sofa left in the sun. I wrote Coddle and asked if they know of a repair kit. They requested pics. Upon review they, they agreed this is a rare instance. They offered an exchange without me asking. After a few more email exchanges and about 30 days total time, I am now writing this from my new sofa. I love my sofa and I am very satisfied as I was not expecting an exchange. Coddle stands behind their product and warranty. I am currently converting a garage into a guest suite. When this is finished later this year, I won't be shopping around for any sofa options. I will be buying another Toggle Convertible Sofa from Coddle for that suite. I also own their mattress topper and memory foam bed. I am satisfied with all products and their customer support.

The couch is really nice. The power plugs are really short though. Might need an extension cord for it, unless you're really really close to an outlet. Delivery took 2weeks. The box is big and heavy. The couch is comfortable and durable overall. I highly recommended getting one if you can

I ordered the couch online in September 2020. It was delivered about 3 weeks later. I think it's a beautiful couch and it seems very well-made and durable. I look forward to having it for many, many years. I have not plugged it in to use the USB ports so I can't comment on the functionality of that. I have a pet rabbit and don't want to risk her chewing a cord.

Bought the Switch couch in gray microfiber. Looks even better in person! Took an extra week to arrive but well worth the wait.

The Switch product is best in class. Delivery was good. Quality is better than I expected. Pics don't do it justice.

I was surprised by the quality of the couch that I got. It was firm and still plush. It's extremely comfortable and the hardware seems like it's durable. I didn't think I cared about the USB ports, but it is SO convenient.
I love the dove color- it's beautiful. I'm also surprised how well it has held up with my 4 cats.

The “toggle” mediocre quality very bulky. I have requested to have it picked up for return and they just won’t. Customer service says I’ll get a call and nothing. Do not buy unless certain you’ll keep. I’m stuck with a giant box in my small apartment waiting for them to get this thing....Horrible experience.

I have left three messages with this company and no one will call me back. As other buyers have written--the delivery (even after paying $$$$$ for the couch and delivery) drop it in the driveway and leave. With that said- I paid a company to come and unbox and move it into the house. It was packaged very nicely and all pieces with disposable black zipper protectors. I verified at the time of deliver that the box was clearly labeled "chocolate"- the color I ordered. The next day when I took the zippered protectors off, the couch was BLUE!!!! Does not match at all--not what I ordered. Now the boxes and the crate have been removed (I called a company and had them remove and paid extra). Now, I am stuck with a blue couch and no one from Coddle will return my call. VERY disappointed.

Received our Coddle Code approximately 3 weeks after ordering it. We were putting it up in a loft area, so we had to get it up a full flight of stairs. If you are bringing it upstairs, I'd strongly advise having 3 people for the job! Other than that, it was quite easy to do the assembly. We noticed when the couch came off the truck that the box was dented in. And sure enough the metal bar on the underside of the couch had been dented along with a small hole in the underside fabric. We did not want to return it although Coddle offered to send us a new couch. Instead they gave us a partial refund that we thought was very fair. We love the look and feel of the couch. No one has slept on it yet but for now we are very pleased with this purchase and Coddle's customer service.

Very uncomfortable. The toggle couch hurts my back; it is very stiff. I will have to look into returning it.
It looks nice but I don’t think it’s worth lower back pain.

I received my Toggle Couch in the described plain brown box...but...was so excited to see the colorful, instruction detailed, inner box. The setup was so simple and the couch is beautiful! I've already had a friend sleep on it and they thought it was very comfy. Thank you Coddle...Love the couch!

I love my Coddle sofa. It’s so flexible.

The company reached out to let us know what date it would be delivered. They failed however to tell us that the delivery truck would have only the driver and no assistance to unload this sofa! While we are very happy with the product, this delivery service is abysmal. I had to get a neighbor to help us get this off of the truck and into the house, and that was also using the help of the driver. It’s a very heavy item and required three people to lift it. They really need to tell you upfront that there’s only going to be a driver. Actually they really need to include a delivery person with the driver!! The sofa bed itself is very comfortable and we are pleased with it but I can’t emphasize enough how much they need to change their delivery process. If you unwrap the sofa outside of the house to get it in, the driver cannot touch the sofa once you’ve opened the box and cannot help you.

We just ordered the coddle switch! We love it, it’s so easy to convert and it’s incredibly cozy plus the velvet material is super soft.

There was a small defect in the cloth that is sewn underneath that made hooking the plug up difficult, but when I reached out to them to explain the defect they immediately gave us a rebate.

I recommend the company and the couch to everyone I talk to!

I got the Toggle Reclining Chair Root (Smart Suede). Overall, I am pretty happy and I sit on it every day (as I am typing this review). The material is soft and has a nice touch. I would say it is very slightly springy (I like ones that completely sink down), but it settles and sinks well! The only complaint I have is that the legs are slightly off/not balanced. It's also relatively lightweight so it moves around too with heavy movements.

Delivery is very misleading and not worth it for the price of the couch. I was so excited to receive this couch and love the couch itself so far. However, the delivery was horrible. The policy says they will bring it up a certain number of stairs, but the delivery guys refused to do so, even though I have a very short staircase. I was basically left with a huge box full of this couch in the front of my building, trying to cart it up the stairs myself. Luckily I was able to phone a friend to help, but would not recommend standard delivery.

WOW!! I have the sofa I've always wanted, if it took til I'm 76 years old. This sofa is absolutely beautiful. My 3 yr old great granddaughter has tagged it as hers. Now she has to nap on the sofa instead of her toddler bed. Lol. That's alright, it's still mine.
Seriously, simple simple simple. No problems at all. My grandson put the legs on it and removed the box. That's all you have to do. He's 6'2" and can stretch out without his feet hanging off. No back pain for me on this beauty. If you wait, things will come to you... It's true. The color is a muted crimson and just perfect. Not shiny and fake looking. I LOVE THIS SOFA. LOVE IT!! 😁

My sofa bed arrived damaged. I messaged customer service and they asked for pictures and whatever else. I couldn't replyou back ASAP in august due being busy with putting my kids in school or letting them be home schooled. I replied back later and they've been ignoring me ever since. I did a credit card dispute, contacted BBB, and now calling attorneys so I can take this to small claims court. I want my money

Today, 10 August 2020, CEVA delivered a 2nd replacement toggle convertible, set it up, packed up the defective replacement, and carted it off. It took from 2 June 2020 to get here: Far too long.
This 3rd unit is fully functional, and hopefully will last. That said, I will not consider, or do business with Coddle ever again when making a furniture purchase.
The initial customer service was satisfactory. However, my negative experience began when the replacement arrived and was defective. I had to constantly follow up with Dee in customer service because I was being told things that weren’t happening. In short, I felt as though Coddle was hoping I’d let it go and live with a defective unit: And, I wasn’t going to at that price point.
In summary, I do not recommend this product or company. However, if you do purchase a toggle convertible from Coddle, I strongly recommend the microfiber or fabric, as the leather is not real: It’s bonded leather. Secondly, it’s designed in CA, and made in China. In closing, I wish you the best if you do need customer support to resolve an issue.
