Great driver (Costa) and was great with all players and coaches 👏🏻

We hired a coach at short notice and they were still able to accommodate us, which was brilliant. The booking process was really simple, and I’m pretty sure it was Faye who helped us, she was great.

Our coach arrived promptly and our driver, Derek, was fantastic, friendly, safe, and right on time for both journeys. The coach itself was lovely clean, comfy leather seats and, most importantly, it even had a mic!

I am an operations manager, and over the years I have organized programs in many different countries around the world. On average, we run at least 20–25 programs every year, which naturally means we work with countless coach and transportation companies.

Without hesitation, I can say that Coach Hire is the company from which I have received the highest quality service. The vehicles are exceptionally modern, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. However, what truly made this experience unforgettable was our driver, Konstantinos.

Konstantinos is, quite simply, the best driver I have ever worked with in my professional life. His driving skills, professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine care for our group were outstanding. He didn’t just transport us from one place to another — he became a part of the journey.

The strongest proof of this came at the end of the program: when our students were leaving the coach, many of them were in tears. That level of emotional connection and trust does not happen by chance. It is the mark of a true professional who does his job with heart as well as expertise.

Coach Hire, and especially Konstantinos, set a benchmark for what excellent service should look like. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

We booked a coach for our wedding party to make a return trip from the hotel venue to the registry office in London.
The coach was excellent, great driver, it was so clean and spacious, the driver was on time and kept in contact.

The driver (Patric) was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and reliable and went to lot of extra effort to give us a top quality service. The bus itself was brilliant as well, exactly what we were looking for.

The driver using this coach at 16:40 on 15/07/2025 put his passengers and other innocent road users in danger on the A404 by stopping on the 50 MPH DUEL CARRIAGE WAY!
He had clearly missed the slip way on the right to join the M1 northbound and decide to stop in THE MIDDLE LANE, with no signal to show his intentions! This made many innocent road users swerve and avoid his coach.
The driver was clearly unable to handle the pressure and began forcing himself into the right lane, only applying his right signal at the last moment.
At this point he had either made no observations or if he did, he ignored a motorcycle rider already established to pass him on his right.
The biker slowed down and used their horn correctly to try alert the coach driver of their presence but the coach driver took this as an opportunity to abuse his horn and show his middle finger at the motorcyclist.
If you value your life and others, I suggest you enquire with the management of this company to see if they've taken any steps towards training their drivers to be professional and make sure they are adhering to the UK standard of driving through an up to date copy of the Highway Code and continually retraining their staff.
This driver shouldn't have a right to drive a private vehicle, let alone a coach transporting people!

We used Theobold’s two days running to take young musicians to Birmingham. Peter was our driver for both days and was absolutely brilliant! Such a lovely guy, encouraging singing on the coach and watching our performances! What a legend!

Scott was careful and attentive, while Kosta went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, even with a baby on board. We always felt safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend their service!
