I started with Harv again after having my second baby, after his team coaching me back to full fitness after my first 2 years prior. I was so worried about never being able to get back my full fitness after baby 2 with working, and managing an extra child.
The training program Harv set for me was everything I could want, it fits within the free time I do have, it works in my home gym, calories are achievable, and I see results constantly. Harv doesn’t push to do a drastic diet, I’ve worked over the last year and lost over 21kgs since having my second baby. I feel so strong, I have more muscle than I’ve ever had and I eat in a healthy balanced way.
I recommend using Harv and G to anyone, they’ve coached me to improve my mindset, eating patterns and helped me transform my body back.

I’m not new to the gym, but last year I really fell out of love with both training and food, and just felt completely stuck in a rut. I’d been following Coached by GLJ on Instagram and YouTube for a while and finally decided to bite the bullet and reach out — honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made.
Harv has been brilliant from day one. There’s no pressure, no extreme restrictions, just loads of solid advice and support.
I’ve completely rediscovered my love for the gym and for food again and I’m already feeling so much healthier, stronger and more like myself.
I’m currently on week 11 and I’ve lost nearly 6kg already 🙌

Harv has given me a structured plan that hasn’t been rushed and I’ve seen the weight come down and strength increase & my hormone levels/bloods have came to a more normal level, along with sleep, skin & energy. Really enjoying it and ready to keep going until Summer plans. He’s super helpful and understanding and gives constant feedback on form/workouts- also very reliable for every check in!

I can’t say enough good things about GLJ! I’m about 13 weeks into my program and a little over 10 pounds down, but the best part is how manageable it’s been.
As a nurse rotating between day and night shifts, my schedule is pretty chaotic, but Harv has been incredibly understanding. He completely works around my hours and makes sure the plan stays doable. I’ve even been on two vacations since starting and didn't feel like I was falling off the wagon. Harv helped me stop looking at fitness as something rigid and showed me how to make it a real lifestyle. If you’re looking for a coach who can actually make fitness work with a busy, unpredictable life, Harv is the best!

I first started coaching with Georgia in the lead-up to my wedding in 2019/20 and had such a great experience, achieving the exact goals I’d set for myself by the big day. The support, structure, and encouragement she provided made a huge difference during that time.
Six years and two babies later, I decided to return as I finally felt ready to focus on myself again after finishing breastfeeding. From the outset, Georgia has taken a truly individual approach, adapting everything to suit the ‘new me’ which has been so important at this stage of life. She really understands how priorities, energy levels, and routines can shift, and has helped me rebuild in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
Now at week 12, I’ve lost 10lb and, more importantly, I’m feeling stronger, healthier, and genuinely enjoying the process. The fortnightly check-ins keep me accountable while still feeling flexible and supportive, and I always come away feeling motivated and clear on my next steps.
She’s helped me seamlessly fit both exercise and nutrition into my busy day-to-day life, which has been a game changer as a mum. I’m also learning so much about macros, fuelling my body properly, and - crucially - how to maintain the results long-term rather than just chasing short-term progress.
My clothes fit better, my energy levels have improved, and I feel much more confident in myself again. It’s not just about the physical changes, but how I feel day to day.

I’ve been working with Harv now for 13 weeks and his style of coaching really works for me!
He ensures to check in with me regularly despite being on the bi-weekly plan, and helps me to adapt given my busy work schedule.
He has been a massive help, not too pushy but keeps me accountable and I can’t wait to see the results over the next 22 weeks ahead of my wedding. I would highly recommend GLJ to anyone considering online coaching!

I've been working with Harv at Coached by GLJ for 20 weeks, and the difference has been incredible. From the start, Harv took the time to understand my goals and my starting point, and the coaching has been supportive, motivating, and genuinely tailored to me.
What has really stood out is the boost in confidence I've gained both in and out of the gym. It was very important for me that a coach understood my lifestyle, giving importance to social occassions and a very active work life that usually involves evenings out. I cannot recommend Coached by GLJ enough - if you are considering working with them, do it!
I honestly cannot fault them, I loved how there is a clear plan/strategy to achieve your goals along with expectations set out at the forefront on both sides (what was expected of me and of them).
Their communication is always prompt, friendly and supportive. They are just really nice and down to earth people, which I think is important that you gel with your coaches.
It was so refreshing to be working with people who genuinely cared about me and my goals, as opposed to other coaches who just use a cookie cutter approach as a means of making money.
They truly listen to you as an individual and then tailor your nutrition and exercise to your needs and lifestyle, making the process both manageable and effective. Before working with them I had spun my wheels and had never found fat loss easy and never felt like I had balance in my life: i.e not overdoing it on the cardio, not missing out on my social life. So far I am 4kgs down from my starting weight and I don't feel super fatigued like I have done in the past when trying to loose weight which demonstrates that I am in good hands of someone who knows what they are doing.
I look forward to my weekly checkins as Harv is so relatable, knowledgeable, supportive and makes me laugh. I especially appreciate that he brings humour and light-heartedness into some more challenging/ sensitive subjects which helps to elevate my worries.

I joined GLJ Coaching in January this year to help get back on track with my eating and feel more like myself again. The whole journey has been really enjoyable, with a strong focus on sustainability and creating a plan that actually fits into real life. I’ve still been able to go out most weekends and enjoy good food in moderation, which has made it so much easier to stick to.
I’m also in regular contact with Georgia whenever I need advice or support, which has been incredibly helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more – they really know what they’re doing.

I joined GLJ in October after putting it off for over 12 months trying to convince myself I could do it on my own (I couldn’t and didn’t).
Joining has been undoubtedly one of the best decisions I have made in relation to my fitness, my relationship with food and my physique!
Harv has week in week out tailored the approach to my journey taking into considering my very busy social life (because balance), crazy shift work, and injuries that in the past may have hindered my progression. He has taught me how to include all the fun things in life without ruining my progress, with now over 6kg down and counting!
Having that accountability and someone to whinge to when I’m having one of those weeks where things just don’t go as well as planned is exactly what I needed, and Harv and G are that constant support!
Initially I did hesitate because I didn’t really want to loosen the purse strings — but what they actually provide, the level of support, and the results you get make it more than worth it, and I already know I won’t be wishing for that money back when I’ve got the body and mindset I’ve been working towards.
To conclude, I would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend G enough! She is the most amazing coach I’ve been back to her twice now. She tailors everything to your lifestyle your goals etc. she’s so encouraging and positive! She really puts time into making a programme you’ll enjoy and puts so much time into her check ins and feedback. I can’t recommend her enough she’s always on hand for anything you need too

I first got in touch with Georgia towards the end of 2024. 2025 was by far one of the best years for my health thanks to G and her dedicated coaching. I was not only held accountable for my daily nutrition but was given specific things to work on at the beginning of the week. I saw a change in my body as well as my mindset. I would recommend this coaching to anybody that is stuck in their fitness journey and needs a helping hand!

I’ve been working with Georgia (G) for about 24 weeks now. I’m currently 7 months postpartum and the thought of tracking macros and steps had been daunting, however working with G gave me the confidence and support I needed. I’ve managed to lose 10 kg, with Christmas included and weeks where I haven’t been able to track and do steps - this is all without training! I worked with G, before I got pregnant, to lose weight which helped during pregnancy and I signed up as soon as soon as I was cleared to from the doctors! I’m starting to feel myself again and it’s all thanks to G’s support!

I spent 1.5 years with G and absolutely loved it! I initially signed up as I wanted to lose weight and tone up and after a number of phases of fat loss and maintenance I have never felt better and more confident in myself! I came to Coached by GLJ wanting guidance on how to move through fat loss, maintenance and muscle gain phases effectively and how to still enjoy being social throughout each phase. Harv has been absolutely incredible guiding me through every step of the way, ensuring that I’m on the right track with my food and that I’m training properly. I have lost about 6kg in 3 months, my calories are lower than usual atm but I’m still feeling satisfied, confident and able to enjoy my life. Could not recommend enough!!

I have been with Coached By GLJ for two years and my experience has been amazing! I really enjoy the check-in/feedback structure, availability of coaches via text, and the way they truly listen and adapt my plan depending on what's going on in my life. I first was in a long period of fat loss which resulted in over 30kg of weight loss with their coaches' guidance, and I am feeling the best I ever have! Throughout my time with Coached by GLJ I have gotten sick, had surgery, graduated from my masters program, gone on vacations, celebrated birthdays, and so much more. Their understanding of when it's time to push and when it's time to celebrate and unwind is like no other.
With G as my coach I feel even more motivated to strive for more, as she always reminds me I'm stronger than I think. I am currently in a maintenance phase and under her encouragement and guidance, I will be maintaining the rest of the year and building up a more solid foundation of muscle. She adapted my previous routine to one that better fits my weekly schedule with a nutrition goal that fuels me, which has boosted several aspects of my life (i.e. more energy, better management of post-surgical digestion pains). She has really inspired me throughout our journey together thus far, and I know I can always count on her to take my concerns/needs seriously and give me honest feedback, while holding me accountable to take charge of my health and wellbeing.
