Funny how its always the clients fault but never the practitioner! They could do anything and it would be covered up. Absolute horrible place. Practitioner is so rude, ie the blond one with an attitude. Came in staff at front and in waiting area were lovely but the blond women is rude and arrogant! Talking over you, doesn't listen. Before I went in I heard her outside screaming about something. her phone went off twice....she talks over other staff! Honestly can't think of anything nice about that women. This review is for others so they can avoid the place. Bet the clinic will respond like we can verify you etc like all other reviews......

I came in for a consultation with Shirley. Worst women I've ever met! Shes rude, unprofessional to not just clients, to everyone. Couldn't agree more with other reviews. How they employ people like that I don't know! Never going back and will be telling everyone I know

I have been attending Clinica Medica as a patient for over 5 years. Shirley Nicol has looked after me during this time. I would not hesitate in recommending Shirley to anyone. The way she has looked after me has been second to none. Her professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and hygiene have always made me know that I am in safe hands. I know that Shirley is committed to ensuring I have the treatment that best suits me and always endeavours to do her very best to achieve optimal results. I have always been happy with the outcome after my treatment.
All of the staff in the clinic are professional and friendly. The clinic is immaculate.

I have been a client for several years and always receive excellent advice and treatments from the medical director Shirley. Today was no exception, with time taken to discuss options and meticulous care and attention to the treatment being provided. 5 star standard every time I visit.

Treatment was fine however unsure as to why a certain staff member is working when they clearly have some person issues going and injectioning people when they are unstable! So dangerous and unprofessional by the company. All she talked about in the room was about how stressed she is going back and forward between hospitals while having a needle to my face! Only reason for 2 stars is because of the rest of the lovely staff and the coffee that was made for me having to wait 15 minutes.

I was sent a review appt by email but was not advised by Clinica Medica that Drs Awfa or Basma Paulina had left. They are now with P&P Medical.

Confidence in knowledge and skill of practitioners combined with a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Always open to discussion for the right and sensible treatment for the results I want. Anterior several years I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Wasn't going to say anything but after the experience someone I know had, I have to say something... First impression was great. The girls at reception were really nice and made me feel welcomed when I came in, hence more than one star. However my exerience with the clinician is another story. I came in for my first ever aesthetic consultation which I was really nervous and anxious for shirley made me feel awful about the way I look, basically told me nothing could fix my "lopsided face" and charged me £50. apsolute disgrace of a women. Don't ever waste your money there!! I've since been elsewhere and would never recommend clincia medica to anyone!!!

I went for a skin consultation with Shirley having paid 60GBP. And as soon as I talked to her, the tone in which she talked made me feel extremely unwelcome. And she seemed very fed-up (grumpy and irritable) and uninterested and often talks over me when I was sharing my concerns whilst being judgemental and sarcastic. I couldn’t understand how and why she was that unempathetic, given she deals with people with skin concerns that impact them on a daily basis. Just the thought of having gone there to have this consultation and a potential treatment regime made the experience awful and regretful. I would never go back. Please don’t go for your skin concerns. It made the whole experience awful.

P.S: A formal complaint does nothing but they put the blame on you. Just avoid coming to this place when you can have so many other options with nicer staff.

Awful experience. Place is loud and unprofessional. Spoke with the blonde girl at the front of desk looking for some advice to get booked in and she just gave me a card and turned me away. Came in and she was shouting all over the place. Definitely not going back there. Not recommending

From entering the clinic it is so welcoming and Michelle is so pleasant, this was my first appointment for Dermal Fillers as part of a plan that was discussed with Shirley, now I have had many aesthetic procedures in the past and whilst I no I need fillers it’s not always the most pleasant procedure to have done…..my mistake this was totally painless well a very slight scratch at best, and Shirley took me through the whole procedure allowing me to check on regular basis in a mirror to see the improvements, I’m delighted that I have found Clinica Medica as from day one they have been exceptional and professional with no ‘hard sell’ on what you could have done, so looking forward to my further treatments, Thank you Shirley for your expertise and amazing technique on administering dermal filler.

I have signed up for Obagi Nu Derm treatment with Shirley. Shirley had no experience or expertise to advise on how to use the products or alleviate any side effects such as dry skin. What Shirley was interested in, was selling more products without due care and diligence. Shirley was also unpleasant to deal with what stemmed from her lack of knowledge and expertise on Obagi Nu Derm products.

Dr Awfa Paulina had been a great help to us. Fantastic service and a proper Dr!

All the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable….!! That’s a rare find..!! I arrived slightly ahead of my appointment and was offered coffee/tea…much needed thanks!
My treatment took about 30 mins from my initial consultation with Dr Paulina through to treatment explaining each step - after this treatment I had absolutely no bruising or redness. I also received the aftercare instructions after the procedure and they were emailed as a reminder. Thanks again!!
What a great experience from booking to getting my tweakment :)

I am a nurse practitioner so I am always extremely thorough when having treatments. On researching treatments for weak pelvic floors i came across Emsella and Clinic Medica.

After having three children I have been left with an extremely weak pelvic floor, this meant i was unable to enjoy life as I should. I couldn’t run about after my babies, couldn’t join in with activities and was left very limited with what exercise i could take part in.

Emsella was comfortable and pain free, i noticed a massive improvement after only a few sessions. I can now run for short periods and can enjoy life without worrying about leaks! This treatment is truly life changing.

The staff at clinica medica are professional, thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend.

My1st time there & it certainly wont be my last.

I have been unwell for a few years now & needed something to give me a boost as my Mojo had got up and gone. Even although i don't get out unless someone is with me and it's normally to appointments, i had hit a wall and just needed to speak with someone other than family, I was so so glad i made the call & got an appointment with the lovely Kirsty, what a lovely young lady and Fantastic at her job⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
For that hour or so, i forgot all about my ailments and was in the real world with the lovely Kirsty, we spoke just about everything HOWEVER Kirsty maintained her professional head at all times, she made me feel so special from as soon as we introduced ourselves until my session was over. Kirsty had asked me all the relevant question i.e. colour, size etc & when she gave me the mirror at the end everything was done too a T. My experience had been made extra special as a result with being paired with Kirsty (Thats not to take anything away from the other girls) Thank you Kirsty not just for the Fantastic work you had done on me but for also listening & knowing the right time to just come in (as i did have a lot too say lol) . Sometimes in life i believe you are meant too meet that special person & Kirsty you where that person. So a BIG THANK YOU for my Treatment & the pleasure of meeting you. Your parents must be really proud of you 🙂

Second visit today after having deso injections to remove facial fat about 7 weeks ago. Today was phase 2 with cheek and cheekbone fillers. Another great experience put at ease straight away and Dr Paulina was extremely professional and explained everything in detail before my procedure. After this I was under a LED lamp for half an hour to minimise bruising and swelling. Altogether an excellent introduction to facial aesthetics to help my acne ravaged and rapidly aging sagging face to regain some definition and to begin to look much better. Early days and more treatments to come but I can’t thank the staff team enough for putting me at ease through my journey.

I attended Clinica Medica to have my hormones reviewed by Dr Awfa Paulina. At 41 I was too young to be seen by the NHS but menopause symptoms were making my life a misery. Two years on, and I attend regularly for reviews and I have never felt better. Thankyou Dr P!
