No communication since order 8 days ago and email bounced back when I tried to question things. SCAM
Old adage: if it seems too good to be true then it probably is!

My daughter ordered a set of Bose headphones. They never arrived. Only email was for a delivery company that ceased trading back in December 2023. Update of staus never changes 'On the Way'.

This company is a scam, don’t order anything from them. I have been waiting for a Karcher washer from them since 8/2/24. According to them my order was dispatched with ‘Kings’ and would arrive on 29/2/24. I contacted the company about the order one week before the delivery date highlighted by the tracking number as I felt very uneasy about the length of time. I have so far sent three emails to the email address supplied on my order confirmation and these have bounced back undelivered. I sent an email to Kings, the supposed shippers, also no response, I have tried to call the company which took the payment from my account - Probkee-retail Ltd, number does not exist. I am a pensioner with very limited finances, now faced with the arduous task of trying to get my money back as the goods have not arrived. Why are these people being allowed to rob others and cause so much pain and distress.

Seems I have been duped like everyone else. More frustrated with myself as I am normally quite savvy and can sniff a scam out but did searches and they seemed legitimate. Alas on this occasion I have been well and truly done over. Same as everyone else it seems leaving a review. Not received my goods on the two arranged delivery dates - courier doesn't exist or has been dissolved. Usual delay tactics when asking for a refund and surprise surprise emails now pinging back and website suspended. I should have gone with my intuition that if it looks too good to be true it usually is! Raised a dispute with the bank so hopefully may get money back. Thankfully it was a £83 vacuum and not larger electrical items that other folk have lost much more. People are horrible sometimes!

What a scam. Ordered an air fryer from Clickelectrical.com on 26 January 2024. Received emails advising shipped via Delivery-Kings estimated delivery 23/2/2024. Not received anything. Tried to contact them by email. No joy. Phone numbers are unavailable. Web site is now suspended.
Have contacted our credit card company to report and get refund

Would give this 0 stars if that was an option. We bought a washing machine on 19 January. Checked reviews at the time and found nothing to indicate this company wasn't legit. Got a delivery date of 8 Feb and then they changed it to 15 Feb. No delivery and no reply to numerous emails/phone calls/online chat or from the delivery company (Delivery Kings). This matter is now with our credit card provider's fraud department.

Ordered air frier,never came,company don't respond to emails and online chat!!
After that I see bad reviews floded internet..
I reported to my bank and was lucky to get my money back.

Total con. I ordered a vacuum cleaner on 15th Feb and it hasn't arrived. They have not responded to my messages, via email nor their help centre. I should have been provided with tracking information last Tuesday. Barclaycard have been informed and I am just about to report them to Trading Standards

Went to registered address in Slough it doesnt exist, the phone numbers are both mobile are deadlines, the Kings courier service is also a fake company. they have spend a lot of money in order to create a legitimate looking website and emails to make you believe you're getting your purchases - unfortunately this is an elaborate scam. Please report, and do not use the prices are very good to draw you to get your money this company doesn't exist, you will need to raise a fraud case with your bank and police. if you dont want the extra admin - steer clear.

I would urge all of you to report this scam to action fraud as I have done. They will give you a crime reference number and investigate. If we all get on board with this it might stop this scam happening to other people. The number of us who have had money taken fraudulently seems to be growing.

Pity I cant give no stars. I ordered an air fryer on 22/01/24 have been given two delivery dates that were not kept. They are now ignoring my emails. the two phone numbers are dead. The registered office is a semi detatched house in Preston and the trading address in Slough isnt listed on the business park.All this has been reported to Trading standards and the credit card company.

I would give NO stars. Rubbish company do Not use scammers. No items are delivered.
