Do not order, terrible experience
Order placed on 29th October, 2 months later it's still not sorted.
The order was placed for an advertised in stock item. It took 5 days to be acknowledged and then I was told the item wasn't in stock. I was offered a small discount for the delay. The item was then reduced to less than my original order with discount so I also raised this also. The item was further delayed as was shipped from china and delivery was arranged for 12th Dec. There was no communication around delivery dates and I was unable to change the delivery date as a text was received that there would be an extra charge if I wasn't home to received the item. So I also had to book a day off work. The item arrived 44 days after ordering and was significantly damaged. I was offered a very small discount and an email agreeing the damage was missed paint and wood shrinkage. Currently I've rejected the £30 discount for a damaged shelf and an unpainted item. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers, please save yourself wasted time and money as the furniture is not fit for purpose and the customer experience appauling.
