With the ever growing focus on sustainability, I turned to ClearVue for advice and assistance.
Both Kerrie (consultant) and Fern (business account manager) have a wealth of knowledge and have been extremely helpful in getting this process setup.
Both are always instantly contactable and nothing is ever too much trouble for them, thanks.

From the initial contact to present the service received from ClearVUE has been prompt and very professional and they are a pleasure to work with. The potential of the system was thoroughly explained to us and the opportunity it gave us was clear to see. We have a site that has grown over many years and visibility of our energy consumption was very poor. The initial stages were thoroughly explained and having made the commitment the install and set up process was soon completed in an efficient manner with minimal disturbance.
Once up and running the portal has given us a fantastic amount of data and has enabled us to gain valuable insight into our energy usage. From this we have identified many opportunities to save and adapt how we use power plus the support from our Energy manager has also guided us on opportunities. Training has been very good and thorough and available whenever required both for groups and individuals so great support received.
Our account manager has been extremely helpful and has always replied promptly to any queries.

The support, training, assistance provided by Nathyn Morley and his team, and especially the ability to question oneself when necessary, made my experience with this company great. The support for the software from an analysis point of view is excellent - there is real guidance on how to interpret the data to help management make the correct decisions to reduce usage.

Whenever I have queries and make observations on ClearVue reports and asset monitoring, I get a reply from our relationship manager within 24hours max. This includes feedback on how to issue specific reports, analysis on observed issues and technical support to improve both reporting and asset management from which to reduce energy consumption accordingly.

The team at ClearVue are wonderful, and always willing to help and support in any query we provide. Whilst it takes some getting used to, the system is convenient for tracking consumption in different areas of our property, and the reports the team provide are insightful and informative. Armstrong is a global engineering company with two sites in the UK. As signatories to the World Green Building Council Net Zero Buildings programme we are striving to reduce our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. We have already installed energy saving equipment like, LED lighting, solar PV, PIRs and heating controls but were looking for something that would help us discover where we were wasting energy at a granular, operational level. ClearVUE seemed the best available system that would allow us to do that.
We’ve been running the ClearVUE system for a year now and have had significant results; namely a substantial reduction in kVA demand and the identification of numerous circuits that were drawing more power than was necessary outside normal working hours. This has resulted in a substantial cost saving and reduction in Scope 2 emissions.
The weekly meetings with our dedicated ClearVUE energy manager are of real benefit and have helped us get maximum value from the system. The clear, informative monthly reports are a great help too. For these reasons, I’d thoroughly recommend ClearVUE.

Paragon Customer Communications have been very impressed and pleased with the services and support provided by the ClearVUE team and the ClearVUE.Zero software application. Farleigh Hospice is a charity based in Essex, offering end of life care in our in patient unit and in the community. In 2023 we started to use ClearVUE at our main premises in the hope to reduce costs as well as our usage.

ClearVUE has helped us to get an understanding of the high energy use areas and assisted in our selection of areas to implement energy saving technology, the transfer of all exterior lighting to LED for example has shown good results.

More recently, we have started to receive monthly reports, which provide a helpful insight into areas as well as times of high energy consumption across the site, which we plan to use to further target reductions.

ClearVUE itself took a while to navigate but regular training provided by them has helped us become familiar with the system.

KLM UK Engineering is a fully owned subsidiary of KLM that provides base maintenance MRO services for various aircraft models, including Boeing 737 CL, NG, BBJ, MAX, and Embraer 170 and 190. We have 6 modern base maintenance bays across 3 hangars.
In our engagement with ClearVUE, we aimed to achieve savings on electricity and simplify our SCCR reporting. ClearVUE's electricity monitoring at the circuit level and graphical representation impressed us. We found it easy to enter different SCCR scopes.
We chose to partner with ClearVUE because they were the only ones offering this technology for electricity circuit monitoring at the time.
As a result, we have successfully completed all our 2023 SCCR reporting. Currently, we are in the initial stages of monitoring and reviewing our electricity usage.
