The information given by the licenced agent regarding the price of my medication was totally in accurate. what a sham. In addition having recieved my documention which then gave me acess to benifits I then discovered that I now have basic cover for dental and if I wanted coverage for say fillings ect I now have to pay 44 dollars a month really.

Kareem was patient when I asked the same question over & over; "so you're sure all these great things that will improve my life are FREE?".. yes he said..again..he was knowledgeable about all aspects of United Health & spoke slowly so I could write everything down..most importantly, he answered questions that I'd not even thought to ask..I was hit by a car & had a head injury..hence my situation..I've had instances where the person on the phone with me..be it a medical situation or just making an appointment for car service..become impatient with me because I do repeat myself & can be goofy or vague..Kareem is perfect at his job..thank you

Vulnerable because of lies from someone you're supposed to trust in insurance
I was in such a vulnerable place due to a man who works in the Medicare or medicaid insurance industry.. He told me I would lose my insurance in 4 months if I didn't change my insurance to regular Medicare parts A & B.. I have Aetna D Snap and QMB+!! He lied straight to my face and told me I did not have the QMB+ and should go with wellcare.. If I didn't I would lose my Aetna D Snap!! I called somewhere different and had an amazing woman help me out!! Her name is CHEYENNE GEORGE!! THIS WOMAN WAS SUCH A PLEASURE AN HELPED ME W) THIS INSURANCE UNTIL I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED!! SHE FOUND OUT EVERYTHING FOR ME!! NONE OF MY INSURANCE WAS EXPIRED OR WAS GOING TO BE IN THE FUTURE MONTHS!! CHEYENNE GEORGE IS TRULY A WONDERFUL, AMAZING, AND BEAUTIFUL WOMAN WHO HAS BEEN SUCH A BLESSING TO ME IN THESE MOMENTS WHEN I WAS CRYING MY EYES OUT BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO LOSE MY MIND OVER WHAT THIS MAN SAID TO ME!!!! SHE ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD FIND OUT EVERYTHING AND DEFINITELY WOULD HELP ME FIX WHATEVER WAS NEEDED!! I BELIEVE THAT THIS AMAZING WOMAN SHOULD GET ONE HELL OF A RAISE AND SHOULD BE PROMOTED!! I CRIED HAPPY TEARS ONCE SHE LET ME KNOW THAT MY INSURANCE WAS STILL ACTIVE AND WOULD NOT BE TERMINATED!! SHE'S REALLY SOMETHING SPECIAL AND HAS HELPED ME OUT TREMENDOUSLY!! Shaquelle was so wonderful and knowledgeable, about all I needed and wanted. I truly don’t understand medical stuff. That’s why I got in trouble with my Medicaid being stopped. She was so very helpful and so professional. She answered all my questions two and three times when I asked. A great friend of mine now, when I need to have more questions answered.
My Experience w/ Tiffany Winston
Tiffany Winston informed me of all the cost benefits of the program that were suitable for me. She assisted in picking out my doctors, and explained in detail how everything works in that plan. Tiffany assisted in picking the best HMO which suited me. Tiffany also went ahead and got all the doctors' information that I needed.
My experience with Tiffany was easy and kind, and she was extremely helpful and I recommend her so highly. Tiffany's twelve year experience is apparent. Her employer should be jumping through hoops trying to please her to make sure she stays. She's that awesome!! I believe she would be a great boss/trainer for future employees because she did everything perfectly right! If she was in charge of quality control, Clear Match would be Top Tier.
