First of all Cozell Gilliams was my agent and was very knowledgeable and educated me about your product… she was sooo friendly and helpful that I can honestly say that I have never had such an enjoyable experience getting insurance… that lady deserves some kind of special recognition… I usually dislike choosing insurance because it’s so confusing but Cozell took all the time she needed to explain it… if it wasn’t for her I probably would have shopped around further… the state of New York has drastically taken away choices … the fact that I have two different residents in two different states makes it difficult for me to find out of network providers… the fact that I live in Wayne county has made it almost impossible… Cozell checked with all my providers to ensure that I will be accepted and I couldn’t have done it without her due to the fact that I have diminishing cognitive abilities… so once again I would like to emphasize that Cozell made all the difference in the world…
