I made a mistake in my initial order. I spoke with the owner/manager and he said he could fix my order(add name to the back of the shirt, special order for me, no extra cost). It took a little longer but was well worth it. The quality of the shirt and stitching is excellent. The sizing is perfect. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It's nice to do business with people who care about their customers. I will do business with them again.

I’m extremely happy with the price, quality and timing it got here. I bought the drew brees L jersey and it’s breathable. If you read (I missed this) it says some will take longer than others. If you don’t have patience I recommend shopping in person in general. The customer service was great and helped with all my needs. VERY HAPPY I MADE MY PURCHASE

I am writing this review because the customer service experience I had with Classic Authentics was extremely unprofessional.

I ordered a $79.99 jersey through Shop on October 1 because I needed it by October 10. On October 7, I contacted the company because the order had not shipped and asked about the status.

The response I received was: “Hello, please read our listing!!!!!!!!!”

I explained that I found the tone rude and asked that the order be cancelled when I learned that the jersey would not arrive in time.

At that point, the interaction escalated significantly. The seller, Anthony Argo, wrote that I had “Karen like behavior,” called my behavior “disgusting,” referred to me as a “keyboard warrior,” and ultimately called me a “f**king bastard.”

Most concerning to me, he explicitly wrote: “Yes now I will be aggressive and rude to you.”

The order was ultimately cancelled and refunded, so I am not complaining about the refund.

I understand that the seller says the jersey was made to order and that the listing disclosed a 4–5 week timeframe. If I misunderstood the listing, the seller was absolutely entitled to explain that and cancel the order. What I do not think is acceptable is insulting, swearing at, and personally attacking a customer over a $79.99 purchase.

I am posting this review simply so other customers can make an informed decision about the customer-service experience they may receive if there is a problem with an order.

I have saved the complete email exchange and can substantiate everything stated in this review.

Awful experience. The rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. I did a simple email to inquire about my order and was met with “you’re not very friendly… maybe if you provided an email we would have sent you an update” small problem I DID provide my email. Anthony Argo you are the rudest human I’ve ever dealt with. Maybe show your customer some respect and a bit of compassion and maybe one day you’ll get mire business. You never know what others are going through. I wish you the success you deserve…then he leaves me a voicemail—- please get help Anthony…

“Hi, good evening, Mr. Erickson. Hi, my name is Anthony Argo from Classic Authentic. Uh, you sent us an email inquiring about your Drake May jersey, and like, I got to tell you, man. I mean, like, it's just not friendly, so I'm just being honest with you. treating you the same way you treat me. You write to us, you don't say hello, good evening. You don't say thank you. I mean, is that how you treat your kids? Like, do you teach your kids the same way? No, no thank you. I mean, we sent your jersey promptly, but you failed to put in an email address. And I was nice enough to respond. You in 2 minutes and put your mind at ease that you got your jersey in time. Normally we get back, okay, you know what? Hey, that's my bad. Yeah, I'm sorry. You know, but you took it a step farther. You're gonna say like you're gonna leave reviews in our miserable existence. It's you. It's you. You fortunate enough to go to a New England Patriots game. And buy a $100 jersey, and you have no, no, you're no gratitude. The entitlement is just insane. So I want to call you man to man and talk to you, Mr. Erickson. That's what I want to do. what I'm doing right now. Okay? so if you'd like to call me back and discuss”

You argue and insult your customers? Then call them to harass them? Wow

Classic Authentics is a great brand that does excellent work. I ordered two throwback Jets jerseys, and they filled the order quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable, the jerseys look and feel authentic and they're awesome. I ran into a shipping issue (on USPS's end, not Classic Authentics'), and their customer service rep, Anthony, responded to my email in less than five minutes and was helpful throughout the whole exchange. Could not recommend CA highly enough.

SO HAPPY!! I had ordered a custom jersey and I didn't realize it, but I'm so glad I did. The jersey showed up in less time than was noted on the website and the quality is TOP NOTCH! Also, when I reached out to inquire about where my order was, I was assured that it was being carefully crafted just for me! Had the pleasure of ordering an amazing NY Giants LT56 jersey from Classic Authentics. The jersey was delivered in just a few days, and the quality is absolutely incredible.

This is the first one i look for in getting my sports jersey's,outstanding price 100% customer satisfaction. Classic Aurthentic main job is too make you fully happy with your purchase, before you arrive the next time.

I’m rating a 4 instead of a 5 on my particular purchase of a WVU Pat White #5 jersey only because there’s a Roman numeral 12 “XVII” which is the Big 12 conference logo stitched on the jersey and Pat White played in the Big East, not the Big 12. However, I noticed it prior to shipping and otherwise liked and needed the jersey. Communication was good and I received the item in around 4 days. I’d buy from them again. They’re honest about shipping… if it’s in stock, it’ll ship pretty quickly, if it’s not, you’re gonna wait. It is what it is.

Unprofessional staff and item was a knock off

I had a very disappointing experience with Classic Authentics. After I contacted them about my order and ultimately disputed the charge with my bank due to my concerns, the owner responded with a series of racist and abusive emails instead of addressing the issue professionally.
In the emails, I was told that Black people have "very low IQ," that "the world is just tired of black people," and that "Black fatigue is real." I was also blamed for "making us more racist than before."
Regardless of any disagreement over an order, there is no excuse for responding to a customer with racist insults and hate-filled language. Businesses should treat all customers with respect and professionalism.
I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. If I could minus stars I would have. 1 star is too good for them.

Item shipped in timely manner. Quality and looks are fantastic. It was difficult to find what I was looking for and they truly came through in Quality, customer service, and looks. Would definitely order from them again.

Ordered a custom Jersey, the owner was exceptional with his communication, jersey came in with in the timeline he quoted me and it turned out fantastic, I would recommend using this company.

I called Classic Authentics to inquire about the turnaround time. I spoke to Anthony who was very helpful. He assured me I would get the two jerseys in 3 days which I needed for an autograph signing. After being concerned initially that I didn’t have enough time. My jerseys arrived that morning and they are absolutely pristine! I couldn’t be happier with the product and the customer service.
