Adil and Jaime in Carmarthen were really helpful and professional. They were really good with my neurodivergent child. Adil had only started working there recently and was already so good.

I needed to return an online order because the shoes didn’t fit and find some alternatives.
Rachel and Sarah helped me find them and were very friendly and chatty which made the experience much more pleasurable (if you can call shoe shopping pleasurable) Thank you both.

Picking up an order from the carmarthen branch and Sarah was incredibly helpful, definitely knew what she was talking about and was able to advise me on several things.

I was dreading taking my toddler shoe shopping as she hates everyone and won’t let anyone near her. That’s when we met Rachel who somehow managed to measure my child’s feet, put shoes on her and actually make the experience not only bearable but an enjoyable one. I won’t be going anywhere else again (even if I move 100m miles away!)

Yesterday we went to buy a pair of shoes for my husband. The entire sales team at Carmarthen were pleasant , friendly and efficient. Jaime and Catherine were so keen to help and in fact Catherine advised my husband than a size 10 wide should fit just as well as his normal choice of an 11. We were both surprised as the shoe fitted perfectly ,and without that help we wouldn’t have been able to get the super smart ,well made ,and comfortable shoes that we happily brought home! Many thanks!

Went in to browse but helpful Sarah directed me to exactly what I needed having had a recent hip operation and made a purchase of very comfortable, and smart!, summer sandals.

The Clarks shoe shop in Carmarthen, Wales is an absolute gem. Two attentive and helpful assistants as soon as you walk in with very good quality footwear and service. I bought a pair of Clarks shoes today and was helped by Rachel who was very pleasant and found the size I needed.
In an age of internet buying this shop is a breath of fresh air. I thoroughly recommend a visit if you need shoes.
