Great experience at Clark’s Carmarthen. My daughter’s feet were measured by a lovely assistant called Amy who was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Thank you Amy.

Sarah helped us get new school shoes. She was very helpful, put us all at ease quickly and we loved her!
Feet were measured, shoes brought out and we left the shop again within 20 minutes as happy customers.
The shoes look good and sturdy, and my son tells me they’re very comfortable.

Went to Clarks Carmarthen. Good selection of shoes. Good experience having our little boy fitted for shoes by Sarah, she was very kind and efficient. Shoes have always been good quality and comfortable.

Very patient with my non verbal son and engaged with him brilliantly.
Sarah made it a very pleasant visit to the store, made us all smile and have a good giggle.

My little one wears a splint and Sarah from Clark’s Carmarthen was brilliant and quickly found a shoe that fit. She was great with both my boys and hope she gets at least 2 doughnuts, thanks again

Today we had Sarah and Adil serving us. My toddler loves visiting Clarks and getting fussy form the staff. Adil did a great job measuring his feet and brought both options out to us. We chose the colourful trainers which were also supportive.

My son is still only a baby 3.5 so the selection unfortunately is really small - as a preemie baby who is walking but still tiny, Clarks would benefit from increasing its range...I've had to buy Adidas in the past to accommodate a night light trainer.

The staff however are always amazing.

I recently took my mother to buy shoes at the Carmarthen store we were served by Catherine who made the experience enjoyable with great customer service. The experience wasn't rushed and nothing was to much trouble to ensure Mum got the right shoes for her. Only criticism I would have is the limited choice of colours in many of the styles.

Jamie was brilliant at accommodating my very active 3 year old, she found exactly the shoes I wanted and made the whole experience great for my little boy.

Ella was very helpful..we were served immediately, she made lots of helpful suggestions and my son stayed engaged throughout which is quite a feat! Thank you!!

Sarah was excellent today with my two children. She was very knowledgeable about the styles of shoes that would best suit my daughter who wears insoles. Despite the shop being busy Sarah didn't rush and ensured that both my children left the shop with shoes that they liked and that fitted well.

Was assisted by Sarah today with the measuring of my two children and the purchase of their back to school shoes. She was very helpful and thorough in ensuring they had the perfect fitting shoes. She was cheerful and helped put my children at ease. Thankyou and see you next year!

I think this staff did amazing to help me find the perfect shoes and she had the best service ever she is so kind and so sweet and at the end i found the perfect shoes for 2nd dairy and I'm 10 years old and almost 11 and my name is welsh my name is Gwenllïan and i appreciate this staff i think this staff is recommended for other people to see for the perfect shoes and we talked and talken and i actually had and amazing time thanks ❤️❤️

Sarah from clarks in carmarthen was fantastic. She interacted with my daughter and made her feel comfortable and safe. Got her first pair shoes there and i would defo recommend going there again.

Had my feet measured today by Amy, great service by both her and Jaime, very professional. Bought a lovely pair of trainers for work.

Amazing service. Orla was patient and so thorough with my daughter’s fitting. I would definitely come back to Clarks again.
